It offers a Scandinavian atmosphere with modern luxuries, a large secluded garden, a terrace with seating and a barbecue-perfect for family vacations or a getaway with friends. Nestled in the beautiful nature reserve of Zuidlaardermeer, guests can enjoy walking, cycling, sailing, fishing, and swimming. Rare wildlife, such as beavers and sea eagles, can be spotted. The Meerwijck beach, with various facilities, is nearby, and the city of Groningen is just a 20-minute drive or an 11-minute train ride from Kropswolde station, where you can also catch trains to Germany for day trips. You can also relax in the sauna, with a good book by the stove in the garden room or by casting a fishing rod from the private jetty. The new, modern kitchen is really equipped with all conveniences and offers you the chance to show off your cooking skills. The holiday home offers plenty of space and a unique layout. There is room for several private boats and the accommodation offers parking for up to 4 cars. There are 2 bicycles included with the house, one for the man and one for the woman, there are also 2 SUP boards for adults and 1 for a child, which are free to use. A boat can easily be rented at the marina around the corner.
