Our beautiful bungalow is situated behind Peartree nature reserve, there’s a private driveway for 2 cars so no hassle finding a parking space, it’s very peaceful and relaxing yet only 10 minutes aways from Southampton central/ st Mary’s stadium/ ages bowl/ train stations/ bus routes/ isle of white ferry/ boat show. Step Inside the property your find that it is very clean, well looked after and modern yet cosy with bouncy pillows and duvets, Wake up to the birds singing, grab a coffee from our complimentary machine, take a stroll up the garden and sneak a peak of the itchen river before sitting back and relaxing in the outside hot tub and indulging in a beautiful bbq in the sun.
If you love to walk then Peartree nature reserve is on the doorstep, take a left out the door and enter the cutway at the end of the road, follow it around to the left and your be on your very own patch of nature to observe. For us this home is a hidden oasis where all our worries soak away and we hope your enjoy it just as much as we do.

Great place for a relaxing stay!
The accommodation was very comfortable and perfectly situated for a pre cruise stay! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped! Comfy sofas in the lounge and great internet! Highly recommended! Would definitely book again! Great host too!

Quiet residential spot
Samantha’s bungalow is a lovely quaint, perfect for a 1 night stop. It had everything we needed, easy check in and Samantha communicated well with us. The bedrooms were comfortable and inviting, the garden is a lovely sun trap and the hot tub a bonus! The kitchen is small but functional. Thanks for a lovely stay!
