There is no grilling on or near the units per the fire code but an ample number of places across the street on the beach for picnics with grills.
When checking out, please leave dirty towels in the tub and turn off TV, fan and lights before locking up.

We stayed for one week. Check in and check out. Was extremely easy. Located just off the main highway on the beach, we felt totally secure and protected. The efficiency was clean and well kept, perfect for just two people. Not quite enough storage for clothing if you intend to unpack however, we managed well by using the bookcases for our clothes. The host responded promptly when asked questions. We would stay again.

The condo is an adorable little place that was perfect for our weekend away from NOLA. Close to lots of things to do. Beach access would be easy. Clean and tidy!

Perfect location

The condo was great had everything we needed and was nice and clean! We were close to the beach and restaurants. We even got to swim in the pool at the condo- water was alittle chilly at first but was nice and refreshing. We also liked it was gated for safety. Kathy was very helpful with sights to see and any questions we had.

Safe and clean place.

I stayed 3 nights while in Gulfport for work. I had a wonderful stay. The unit was clean, perfect for one - two person, comfortable bed and best smelling sheets, nice shower and kitchen. I felt safe during my stay, gated property, plenty of parking space. Great communication and responsive host. I’d stay here again.

Weekend getaway

We came down for the Mardi Gras parades we did the Ocean Springs Friday night. On Saturday we did the Pascagoula and Biloxi parades. It was truly an amazing weekend. Everything about the property was amazing. Ms Kathy, property manager, was very accommodating and saw to our needs. We will definitely book again

Nice little gated community right off beach blvd in walking distance to many places to get food, drinks, anything you need. This adorable 1 bedroom 1 bathroom with a nice kitchen is all you'll need for a sweet little getaway. Wonderful stay, we'll definitely book this location again! Clean & stocked with anything you'll need. Host was very quick & helpful with communication.

Cute & Cozy

This condo was really cute and cozy. It had everything we needed. Towels, fridge condiments, ice, seasonings, dishes. Even washer and dryer plus a coffee machine and toaster. The bed was super comfortable! Only thing was when we arrived (at 11:00pm) it was 86 degrees in the room and it took quite a while for it to cool off. We’re from MO so the heat isn’t something we’re used to this time of year. But once the air was up and going it was nice! Overall our stay couldn’t have been better. It was also a gated community so we felt really safe being there right across from the beach.

Great location, We stayed here for 2 weeks. Truly is just steps from the beach, about 200 yards. It is a gated complex, quiet, low traffic. The whole complex is well-kept and clean. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony reading at times. Two drawbacks to our particular condo: there was a house outside the fence next to our building that had at least 3 dogs that barked all day. The second con for me personally was the cleanliness of the bathroom. It was better than most hotels but not as clean as I keep my own. Not unusual and not a deal-breaker. I'd stay here again.

Loved this condo! Perfect for two people! It was so nice that it was close to the beach but still so quiet. The bed was comfy and everything was stocked well. We walked to down town and enjoyed looking at all the old houses and coastal architecture.
