Relax in this 1200 square foot, beachfront, fully furnished Condo with an unobstructed view of water and a side view of the SS Lexington and Downtown Corpus Christi. Breathtaking sunrise over the water greets you every morning. Within 5 minutes of Texas State Aquarium and 10 minutes to Portland.

Located on North Beach, just 15 minutes from the Airport and close to Portland, Rockport and other small coastal towns. Area known for bird watching, fishing, and windsurfing.

Fish off the jetty (short walk) or wade fishing right outside your door. Fresh seafood at many local restaurants or take a short mid morning drive over the Harbor Bridge to the T-Heads to meet the fishing and shrimp boats to purchase their daily catch. Once you prepare your food, eat on the balcony(seats 4 on round table with seating for additional 2 on bar stool and table).

Boardwalk at T-Heads you can rent bicycles, skates, and sail boats. Charter deep sea fishing or Group Bay Boat Tours also available.

The Condo has 35 units of mostly owner occupied units. Nice peaceful surroundings. Winter Texans come back year after year and develop a sense of community with friendly owners.

Heated pool faces ocean with gated entrance. Shower located at private gate to/from the beach area to clean off sand.

Condo is very well maintained. Maid service available on a weekly basis for an additional $100 charge.

Great getaway to relax but still close to other tourist and city activities! The best of both worlds!

We had a wonderful stay! We loved being so close to both the beach and the pool. The weather was perfect, and we especially enjoyed relaxing on the patio each day. It was a great place to unwind, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We would definitely stay again!

If you want to stay on north beach in Corpus, this is the condo to choose. Private, safe and some what secluded, with beautiful water views. The heated pool is a nice added bonus. Checking in and out was a breeze.

Perfect getaway right on the beach! Approx 2-3 minute walk to the beach. Super convenient for those with children. Our condo had all the basics and many extras such as beach chairs and sand toys. Check in was easy. We managed to lock ourselves out of the condo but Ms Cindy had us back inside in under 5 minutes. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return next year!

Great beach condo! Cindy’s place had absolutely everything our family of 5 needed. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook, a coffee pot and keurig and it was clean. We LOVED that it is stocked with beach chairs, toys, and towels. Not having to travel with these items was a huge benefit for us. The building is nice and secure, pool is very clean, and the other residents are friendly. We spent every day on the beach so one of the best parts is the walk to the beach is an absolute breeze! The path is mowed and a very short distance from the condo gate to the sand. Cindy was helpful and friendly. We would recommend this place again and again!

This condo was GREAT! Beach House feels, clean, quiet and the BEST view. We were able to see dolphins and the pelicans dive from the balcony. The heated pool was also nice. The host was very responsive and helpful. Would love to stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this beachfront condo and would absolutely book it again. The location is calm and peaceful, right on the water with a gorgeous view that made watching July 4th fireworks from the balcony a great experience. The condo itself was spotless and stocked with everything we needed, comfortable throughout, and truly move-in ready for a vacation.Security was a real plus. The property is gated with locked doors leading out to the beach, which gave us peace of mind coming and going. The pool was clean and well maintained, and the beach access was easy and private-feeling.The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole trip smooth from booking to checkout. If you're looking for a quiet, safe, beautifully situated spot on the water in Corpus Christi, this is the one. Highly recommend.

What a gem in Corpus! We enjoyed our stay in this clean and welcoming beach condo! The listing is spot on, the property is gated and safe, and communication with Cindy was excellent. The condo has everything you need, and our stay was perfect except for the gusty winds on the beach and whipping thru the parking area! (Unfortunately, I don’t think Cindy has a direct line to Mother Nature!!) We traveled with our parents, who are both in their 80s, and the condo accommodated them well, too!

This is my 2nd home and just recently retired after 39 years. I am from Corpus Christi and have family who take care of my place locally. I am very particular to have people who will take care of my place like it was their own. It is one of the nicest condo's on the property and I want to rent to folks who are responsible.

Why they chose this property

My parents and other family members live in this area and I wanted to have a place where I can be with family but also have my own ocean front place to relax. Now I use this condo strictly as a vacation rental. My goal is to make it not feel like a rental but your vacation home to create wonderful family memories. That is why we pay attention to details that will enhance your stay.

What makes this property unique

Many people come from all over to bird watch in this part of Texas. My place offers relaxation on the bay side of the beach as well as being close to Corpus Christi to take advantage of what the city has to offer.
