Stone villa with private heated pool + city center parking space

Very beautiful luxury villa, located 6 km from downtown Porto-Vecchio on the Arena estate. The Arena domain is a 40 hectare olive grove crossed by a shaded river. Villa entirely in stones with an area of 180 square meters air conditioned. It consists of 3 large bedrooms each with their bathroom, including 2 bedrooms with an independent entrance, living dining room with American kitchen. This house has a private swimming pool surrounded by an IPE wooden beach of approximately 100 m2. The terrace is equipped with: an outdoor lounge, table and chairs for the dining area and deckchairs. The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge freezer, plates, cutlery, glasses, complete cookware. The living room: sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV, fireplace. the bedrooms: bathroom with WC, 160 bed, large dressing room, and flat screen TV in each bedroom. Linen: sheets and towels are provided. A room serving as a storage room with ironing board, steam iron, and washing machine.

Super séjour à l'abri des oliviers. Merci pour l'accueil et la cerise sur le gâteau, la présence de Ermos... Cheval en liberté qui vient chaque jour passer sa tête par la fenêtre pour prendre des nouvelles.

Vraiment génial!

La villa est vraiment très jolie, les photos la représentent exactement. Elle est perdue au milieu du maquis. Nous souhaitions des vacances au calme, perdus au milieu de nulle part, sans voisin, c’est pile dans le mile. Porto Vecchio est quand même facilement accessible à 15 minutes en voiture. Le confort de la villa est bon. La décoration intérieure est moderne (sauf le canapé). Il y a la climatisation dans chaque pièce (c’est un peu bruyant mais ça se désactive). Les chambres sont indépendantes et ont chacune une salle de bain. La piscine est jolie, exactement comme sur la photo. Super barbecue au Gaz à l’extérieur, place de parking dans Porto Vechio, vraiment top ! Le propriétaire est très sympa, il nous a accompagné jusqu’à la villa depuis Porto Vechio pour éviter de perdre du temps à chercher. Il est à l’écoute et disponible. Rien à redire. Nous retournerons volontiers là-bas, encore merci !
