The cottage is beautiful, with lots of space for a big family.
The cottage is beautiful, with lots of space for a big family. Only problem is that it’s located on a main road, with cars going past extremely fast so you can’t walk from the cottage anywhere, always have to drive by car even if you want to walk the dog. The location however is great as you’re not far from Llangrannog which is a lovely beach cove, Cardigan, New Quay and other picturesque places. Overall a lovely stay and would definitely come back if staying in West Wales again.
It was exactly as it says on the tin👍lovely house… fantastic hot tub… close to local garage and shop..which sold local produce .. and two pubs. Quirky and old in parts which added to the feel of the house. We loved our stay🙏we met Marc the owner who was lovely and I was in touch with lovely Amanda. A great holiday 🙏😊

Lovely house in secure garden (we had dogs).
Lovely house in secure garden (we had dogs). Hot tub excellent. House spacious, well equipped, warm and comfy. Lovely big bedrooms. Fenced garden + separate gated parking area (2 big cars easily). 2 loos & separate big bathroom. Marc came 3 times during our week to check the hot tub, always messaging first to check it was convenient. Great communication throughout from them as owners.Excellent Londis shop & petrol station just a couple of minutes drive. Sells pretty much anything!! Fuel well-priced too. Lovely big pub/restaurant just opposite this- good food. Lots of little coves with beaches to explore within 30min drive. Penbryn beach is worth the walk down from the car park (but toilets/cafe only at the top). Llangranog is a busy, vibrant little community with a park & ride minibus up & down (dogs allowed on beach to right hand side in peak season). Other good eateries= the Daffodil Inn, The Ferry Inn.Negatives: the house is on a very busy main road (long & straight with cars whacking by at least 60mph) with no footpath so not safe to walk anywhere direct from the house. - Lots of quiet lanes to explore within a couple of minutes drive tho. Beaches are generally down very steep little roads with parking only at the top & a walk to get there (except Poppit Sands, the other side of Cardigan, which has toilets, cafe, lifeguards, tap to wash feet (!), carpark & beach all flat access). All in all we had a good break. Thank you Marc & Amanda.

Poor.
Overall cleaning poor standard.Bath cold tap did not work.Bathroom sink was blocked.Guests with dogs must remember to close outside main gates, as garden is not secure, as we found out when our dog escaped onto the main road. Why was it necessary to have two visits from the owner to check the jacuzzi? Which we did not use anyway.
