This charming Tuscan country house with swimming pool and a fully fenced 700m² garden, located in the hamlet of Le Lame, amidst beautiful natural reserves of Cornate and Fosini. Ideal for nature lovers and families who want to enjoy a wonderful holiday together in nature. Numerous hiking and mountain biking routes await you, while a riding school is just 7 km away. Monteiri is 10 km away and the beach of Follonica 40 km.
The house has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a separate toilet.

Important information!
Accessible via a 3 km gravel road.
Swimming pool is open from 24 April to 14 October.
The house can be heated by a large pellet stove.
We do not rent to young people under the age of 24.
Giving party's is not allowed.

Located at an altitude of about 750m, you will enjoy pleasant coolness in the evening in summer. The 10 x 5-metre swimming pool is open from 24 April to 14 October. The pool has a salt-electolysis cleaning system.

Layout
Villa Le Lame is a characteristic tastefully furnished house with 6 rooms on 2 floors.
It has a panoramic window with fireplace, dining table and satellite TV in the living/dining room.
On the ground floor are 2 double bedrooms both with ensuite bathroom with shower/toilet, an open kitchen with full equipment (including dishwasher, oven and six-burner cooker) and a separate toilet.
Upstairs are a double bedroom with shower/toilet, a twin bedroom and another double bedroom with shower/toilet. Guests can enjoy the panoramic views from the terrace. There is garden furniture, deck chairs and a table tennis table. For families with young children, a high chair and baby cot are available.

The property offers privat parking.
