Divided into four separate apartments (two bedroom apartments and two bedroom apartments) can accommodate up to 20 people but also smaller families. Available to all guests a large lounge with a fireplace, sofas and a table tennis table. The lounge is equipped with free wi-fi system. Outside a large garden with tables and umbrellas and lounge chairs for sunbathing around our infinity pool. Also in the garden a barbecue and a wood stove.

Bellissima casa immersa nel verde

La nostra esperienza è stata semplicemente straordinaria. La casa è splendida, curata nei minimi dettagli, spaziosa e accogliente. La configurazione con appartamenti separati ma vicini è davvero perfetta per chi viaggia con amici o familiari, offrendo il giusto equilibrio tra privacy e convivialità. Lorenza, la proprietaria, è stata eccezionale: gentile, disponibile e incredibilmente professionale, qualità che riflettono la sua lunga esperienza nel settore. Tolle ungestörte Lage, super Pool, schöne und großzügige Außenanlagen, im Haus vor allem die Gemeinschaftsräume mit sehr viel Platz.Jede einzelne Wohnung hat auch nochmal eine kleine Küche.Die Ausstattung ist ok, teilweise aber etwas angejahrt, und es könnte etwas mehr sein. Die Vermieter sind immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Insgesamt eine schöne und empfehlenswerte Location, um in einer größeren Gruppe Urlaub zu machen.

Wunderbare Unterkunft mit zauberhaften Gastgebern.

Nur das Wetter was durchwachsen. Alles andere, Haus, Pool, Gastgeber und Lage war wunderbar. Jederzeit würde ich dort wieder hinfahren.

Vacanze di Capodanno

Ho soggiornato insieme al mio gruppo nella grande casa di Lorenza per festeggiare insieme i giorni di Capodanno. Sin da subito ci siamo sentiti come a casa, la struttura era pulita, accogliente e non mancava nulla. Ottima per stare insieme per gruppi numerosi immersi nella tranquillità. Grazie mille per il bel soggiorno!

Schönes Reiseziel im ruhigen

Wir waren unter 11 Freunden zusammen in diesem Ferienhaus in der Toskana. Wir haben schöne 2 Wochen dort verbracht. Das Haus an sich ist wirklich geräumig und für große Gruppen geeignet. Es ist in 4 Apartments mit jeweilige Badezimmer und Küche Unterteilt und einer extra Sala wo sich alle gemeinsam treffen, essen und unterhalten können. Der Pool ist wirklich toll und diesen braucht man auch im Hochsommer (wir hatten 40 grad). Die Absprachen mit den Vermietern waren einfach und unkompliziert . Jetzt ein paar nicht so tolle Punkte.. Die Betten sind leider sehr unbequem und in die Jahre gekommen, was manchen Probleme bereiten könnte. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch eher schwierig, aber machbar. Lidl 1 Stunde entfernt. Die Auffahrt ist (persönlich für mich) eine schwierige Angelegenheit gewesen, sie ist super steil und man muss wirklich aufpassen wie man hochfährt. Im Großen und Ganzen, war es trotzdem sehr toll und würden das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Merveilleusement située si vous voulez passer des vacances au calme, la maison est idéale pour 4 couples d'amis ou en famille. Les chambres des appartements sont spacieuses et restent fraiches pour les nuits. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse et l'accueil des propriétaires qui sont de très bon conseil pour les visites. La visite d'un petit renard, les soirs, a également émerveillé petits et grands !!

Beyond our expectations!

What a vacation! A beautiful house in a beautiful setting and a very nice landlady. Very good social areas both inside and outside. A nice clean and good size pool. All apartements were good except the one at the bortom floor which was very damp. The internet connection was a bit unreliable but it was good for the children to be without for a while. We would gladley come again. Annika with family.

sehr schön

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit, auch wenn es drumherum nicht so viel gibt. Vor allem der Poolbereich hat uns gut gefallen und die Hauseigentümer sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder aber nächstes mal vielleicht mit mehr Autos 😅

Wundervolle Unterkunft

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. In Castelnuovo di val di cecina waren alle nötigen Geschäfte zur täglichen Versorgung vorhanden. Das Haus war für uns als Familie mit Grosseltern und 3 Familien sehr gut. Jeder hatte seinen Rückzugsort und es gab ausreichende Gemeinschaftsflächen. Wir haben nur die Gemeinschaftsküche genutzt Vielen Dank für die gute Kommunikation mit den Vermietern.

Stupendo!

Casale meraviglioso immerso nel verde della val di Cecina. Appartamenti deliziosi e ben accessoriati e soprattutto uno spazio comune fantastico dove, essendo noi tre famiglie con 6 ragazzi, abbiamo potuto trascorrere insieme il tempo davanti al camino, mangiando insieme e giocando a ping pong. Il tutto a massimo un’ora da moltissime località della meravigliosa Toscana (San Gimignano, Volterra, ecc.). La proprietaria si è dimostrata puntuale, disponibile ed estremamente cortese. Grazie di tutto. Serberemo un bellissimo ricordo della nostra vacanza!

Erholung pur

Drei Väter waren mit ihren Kindern on tour. Das Haus liegt abgelegen im Grünen. Erst mit dem zweiten Blick sind Nachbarn zu sehen. Mit einem tollen Blick vom Pool aus auf den nicht weit entfernten Ort konnte man entspannen. Mit einem Frühstück auf der großen, sonnigen Terrasse kommt man schön in den Tag. Klasse ist die Tischtennisplatte im Gemeinschaftsraum. Die Küche im Gemeinschaftsbereich hat die besten Jahre hinter sich; man gewöhnt sich aber dran. Das Meer ist rund eine Stunde mit dem Auto entfernt. Bei dem fairen Preis für das Haus ist das okay. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und kümmerten sich direkt, wenn es notwendig war. Insgesamt war es ein toller Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
