De très bonnes vacances, il manquait toutefois un entretien régulier de la piscine. Il a fallu appeler pour que cela soit fait. Pour le reste nous avons adapté.Globalement satisfait de cette location et a repondu a notre attente

Perfect location in the heart of Tuscany

The house is located on a hill with sweeping views of unspoiled Tuscan landscape. And yet it’s just a short walk into the lovely village of Radicondoli where you have two restaurants, an excellent local butcher, a small supermarket and a local cafe. The 5 bedrooms are located in three separate buildings, each with a kitchen and bathroom. The buildings once belonged to a farm so it’s a typical rural architectural style. The pool is perfect. And the owner is very friendly and comes quickly to deal with any problems. The region around Radicondoli is fascinating to explore with many small hill towns that are off the tourist trail.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Schönes Ferienhaus in guter Lage. Mehr Weingläser und Handtücher wären m. E. erforderlich. Besitzer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Pool ist super.

Prachtige locatie maar slecht ingericht en onvolledig huis

De locatie is prachtig en het dorp is geweldig. En het huis was goed schoongemaakt. Helaas is het huis toch tegengevallen. - de indeling is vreemd , grote keuken is weggestopt , terras overdekking ver van het huis en keuken vandaan . Hele kale en onlogische indeling van meubels - de keuken is onvolledig ingericht ( slechte pannen , geen kommetjes/bakjes. Slechte messen , weinig bekers voor een familie van 8. - het zwembad heeft goedkope parasols en door de wind waaien ze snel om. En te weinig schaduwplekken. Voor zo’n groot huis heb je meer parasols nodig. - het zwembad heeft mooie ligstoelen maar verder geen tafel en zitjes voor 12 personen - er is bijna geen verlichting buiten ‘ en het is heel donker ‘s avonds - de kamers hadden geen gordijnen en vans (dit is gelukkig op dag twee verholpen, na wat aandringen) maar niet netjes dat het zo wordt aangeboden voor zoveel geld - we konden de ramen niet tegen elkaar openzetten vanwege de wind dus het wordt heel erg warm boven. Mag je eigenlijk niet meer zonder airco verhuren.. Helaas het andere huis van VRBO was geweldig. Dit is tegengevallen

Heerlijke plek om te verblijven

Wij zijn 2 weken op deze heerlijke plek verbleven met 5 volwassenen. De vriendelijke eigenaar heette ons bij aankomst hartelijk welkom en leidde ons rond. Er waren wat kleine minpunten die wij de volgende dag met hem bespraken, en hij zorgde ervoor dat één en ander geregeld werd. Ook ontbraken bij sommige slaapkamers luiken voor de ramen; hij had zich dat niet gerealiseerd en zou dat dit najaar zeker laten aanbrengen. Nu de pluspunten: het is een fantastische plek om te verblijven; de tuin, het heerlijke zwembad met zeer goede ligbedden. De rust, de ruimte, het leuke dorp Radicondoli met kleine supermarkt, bakker, 2 goede restaurants en een hele goede pizzeria. Leuke steden in de omgeving die de moeite waard zijn om te bezoeken. Wij hebben hier een heerlijke vakantie gehad en komen zéker nog eens terug.

Fantastic villa in a stunning location, short walk to a beautiful village.

The villa was excellent, perfect for our group (7 adults, 2 young kids). Plenty of space to not feel like we were on top of each other. The pool area was brilliant, as were the views from all sides of the property. What really set this villa apart from others we've stayed in was the location. Remote enough to feel away from it all yet a 5 min walk into Radicondoli with a baker, deli, excellent restaurants and bar, it couldn't have been more ideal. There was even a swing park a few mins away that our kids loved. We wouldn't hesitate to come back again.
