This area stands out for the famous Las Ventas Bullring, one of the most prestigious in the bullfighting world. Additionally, it is located very close to Francisco Silvela Avenue, Manuel Becerra Square, and the iconic streets of Alcalá or Goya.



The neighbourhood is the perfect option for residents and visitors, thanks to its extensive variety of shops and restaurants, as well as its typical tapas bars with pleasant terraces that guarantee a great experience for those who wish to get to know Madrid.



This area of the city is very well connected by public transport, with various bus stops and metro lines 2 and 5 that connect directly with Sol and Gran Vía, making it very quick and easy to reach the centre of Madrid.



The apartment:



Ideal for families wishing for a comfortable and convenient stay in an incomparable location, this cosy apartment with capacity for up to 5 people is situated in the interior part of the fourth floor of the building.



The dining room is a luminous space, featuring a television, a spacious dining table that integrates a pleasant fully-equipped American kitchen with modern appliances and cooking utensils. In turn, this space has an exit to a marvellous terrace with furniture and a good orientation.



It has three comfortable bedrooms full of light that guarantee a relaxing environment for a good rest. Two of them have two double beds, and one has an en-suite bathroom, the other room has a single bed. In addition, the apartment has another full bathroom with a shower near the living room.



This accommodation has WiFi, heating and central air conditioning.

The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.

To be taken into account:



IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.



The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.



For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.



Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.



Please take into consideration that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 involves a supplement of 50 EUR which must be paid in cash.



Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times.



It will be essential to have a mobile device with a call service. On the day of your check-in, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival to be able to coordinate the key handover.
