Modern loft-style apartment studio, a single room, with a large (king) and comfortable bed, a fully equipped kitchen and everything you need for a pleasant stay.
Located in Laureles, one of the best neighborhoods in the city, where you find exclusive restaurants, supermarkets and minimarkets, Church, banking area, the pink zone, shopping area and you can get anywhere easily on foot. It is a neighborhood that foreigners choose and prefer.
The apartment is located in a quiet and safe area. It has autonomous entrance with digital locks in both the building and the apartment.
It has a fully equipped kitchen for a comfortable stay, a laundry area with a washing machine and a clothesline for clothes and toiletries.
There is also a TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, safe, hair dryer, clothes iron, bedding, towels, personal hygiene items. In the bathroom you find a large area to store clothes.
It is a very nice and safe studio apartment. You'll love it!!!
