Check in and out was very easy. Host was easy to communicate with. Clean, appreciated the coffee maker and pods.Only issue was occasional sewer smell.

Management company was very responsive in two or three issues we had.A couple of suggestions: the handle to the closet door next to the entrance door needs to have the bolt tightened. One of the lightbulbs is out in the large light over the dinner table. Otherwise everything was wonderful in the Location was incredible.

La ubicación del alojamiento es buena y el apartamento en general cumple para una estancia corta, pero nuestra experiencia tuvo varios inconvenientes importantes.Durante la estancia encontramos una cucaracha en el salón, dejó de salir agua caliente y el plato de ducha estaba roto, provocando que el agua se saliera continuamente al baño.Además, el último día solicitamos al casero poder dejar las maletas unas horas en el apartamento hasta antes del siguiente check-in (que era a partir de las 15h), algo que nos habría facilitado bastante la salida y que considerábamos razonable dadas las incidencias ocurridas. Sin embargo, nos indicó que no era posible y nos redirigió a un locker cercano, algo que nos dejó una sensación de poca flexibilidad y consideración.En general, la experiencia ha sido correcta, pero nos fuimos con una sensación bastante mejorable tanto por el estado de algunos elementos del alojamiento como por la atención recibida.
