We loved our time here, and it truly is a relaxing duplex! The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. We had everything we needed, and loved cooking in the galley kitchen. We appreciated the thoughtful touches of extra towels, bug spray, ironing supplies, game day bag, and more! The place is very comfortable and looks to be freshly painted/updated. Quiet neighborhood. We zipped back and forth to campus and HEB without a problem - love the location! Thank you very much!

Great Place and Good Location

Sonia was a great host and made the process super easy. The place is well equiped with a lot of nice extras. I forgot my toothbrush and there was a nice basket in the bathroom that was for things you forgot. Nice coffee service in the kitchen and the beds were comfy. Would recommend! Perfect for two couples to stay and close to everything in CSTAT.

Enjoyed our stay at this place! Mrs. Jennings was very attentive and was always available for any questions. Greatly appreciated the bbq supplies she provided for our small gathering. The rental has many items available in case you forget basic essentials. Peaceful neighborhood, not to far from campus.

Game weekend

Perfect for game day fun. Duplex is close to campus. It is really cute, decorated nicely. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of bathroom supplies in case you forget. I cooked chili for 13 students that showed up for free food and we had a blast. The next night we grilled steaks on a charcoal grill that the owner brought over specifically for us (how about that!!!) I would definitely stay again.

You will not be disappointed! The host Sonia was fabulous and responsive ! The place had everything you need . Everything you need in the kitchen . Everything you need in the bathroom. Soap , shampoo/conditioner , toilet paper , tissues . For laundry there was everything you needed to wash and dry your cloths . It was nice to have TVs in the bedrooms. It was quiet . Close to the college. There is some great shops and restaurants right there . Not to far to Walmart . Don’t hesitate to book !!

This is a lovely place! It is a quiet, cozy place that was very convenient for picking up our Aggie granddaughter from the Quad at TAMU. I love how it is decorated with the Aggieland theme. The beds are very comfortable, the bedding and linens are of top quality. The bathroom is equipped with shampoo, shower soap, luxurious thick towels. The kitchen has everything you need, we enjoyed the snacks left on the table and the Keurig with the coffees and cream. There is plenty of room to relax. We used the washer and dryer and were so appreciative to have that available. Within near distance and easy to get to we found a grocery store, bakery, restaurant, theatre, shopping and church. Sonia the owner is the best! We discovered after we checked out that we had left a bag there. The housekeeper discovered the bag, secured it in a safe place, and later delivered it to our granddaughter. We found out she was an Aggie also, what a network of awesome Aggies! We would definitely stay here again.

This place is just as described. We just stayed here for 4 days of new student conferences at TAMU. The owner has thought of literally everything to make your stay nicer. Anything from forgotten toiletries, first aid kit, snacks, and even a clear bag to borrow in case you forgot one for the football game. The beds are very comfortable and everything is very clean and inviting. The owner is also a former graduate. This is a perfect place to stay for parents or anyone needing a place to stay when visiting the campus and College Station. We will definitely be back!
