This recently renovated villa is located just a few minutes from the Cap d’Artrutx seafront, where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets, and it is also just a 5-minute drive from the lovely beaches of Calan Bosch and Son Xoriguer, along the southern coast of Menorca, where there are a variety of restaurants and all kinds of services to be enjoyed.
