The Summer Dream Apartment offers everything for a wonderful holiday on approx. 58m². With 2 separate bedrooms and a large bathroom, the apartment is suitable for the perfect family holiday as well as for 4 adults. The kitchen is equipped with an electric inductive stove, big American style “Ice-maker” refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and a cozy dining area.

Over the whole day you can enjoy a sunshine on the 45m2 spacious east-facing terrasse with a big grill area or relax on the lounge set in the 34m2 garden with the sea view. During hot days you can refresh yourself in the outdoor swimming pool with shower and sunbeds. In case of a bad weather, Summer Dream apartment has 3 LCD Smart TVs as well as a very good WI-FIconnection. One parking place is located directly in front of the house and is included in the price.

Exclusively for our guests we offer a 10% discount on a one day sailing trip around the islands in Zadar's archipelago.

our vacation in the summer dream apartment

A beautiful place in Croatia. We have been here the 2nd time already. The private garden with direct access to the pool and clean apartment makes us feel in vacation immediately. The owners are always available and supporting in case of questions. All in all a total recommendation.

Major-league holiday!

We have just return from an amazing stay ar Summer Dreams apartment. We couldn't have asked for anything more than what was provided. The fresh bread, salami, cheese & beer that we found on our arrival was very much appreciated after our delayed flight. Dubravko & Karolina were so welcoming & did everything to ensure our stay was an enjoyable one. The pool and spacious terraced area a real treat.

Major-league holiday!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in dieser tollen Wohnung. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der großzügige private Außenbereich mit eigenem Grill war ein Traum! Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, wir waren schon in vielen Wohnungen in dieser Preisklasse, aber hatten noch nie so eine umfangreiche Ausstattung. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Die Gastgeber sind äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die näheren Strände sind recht touristisch, wenn man aber bereit ist wenige Kilometer zu fahren, findet man auch schöne, nicht so überlaufene Buchten und Strände. Supermarkt ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Viele Restaurants ebenso. Ich kann diese Unterkunft wirklich nur empfehlen!

Appartement was super.. Alles schoon en aanwezig. Overal is aan gedacht. Genoten van het terras en de bbq. Dubravko en Karolina zijn super gastvrij.. Bij vragen altijd direct antwoord. Wij hebben een super vakantie gehad in het appartement en komen graag nog terug.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

Die Gastgeber waren immer sehr gut erreichbar und haben sich um unsere Anliegen blitzschnell gekümmert. Sehr positiv. Die Wohnung war für uns perfekt. Der große Garten und der Pool sind super. In der Wohnung haben wir uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen schönen und entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung wert. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Logement propre et très agréable, bien placé par rapport aux lieux intéressant à faire. Supermarché à 5 min et plage à 10 min. Le voisinage est assez calme. Je recommande fortement.

Brilliant service!

Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen, es war einfach perfekt. Alles wie beschrieben, sehr sauber. Sehr gute Ausstattung, vor allem die Küche, man hatte wirklich alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Sehr ruhige Gegend, die Nachbarn hat mal auch nicht gehört. Karolina und Dubravko haben schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und alle Fragen beantwortet. Paar Minuten zu Fuß gibt es einen großen Supermarkt, das Meer war ebenfalls in der Nähe und dort auch einige Bars/Cafes/Restaurants. Sehr wenige Touristen, die Strände sind überhaupt nicht überfüllt. Ich empfehle sich trotzdem ein Auto zu mieten, am besten vor der Reise online (am Flughafen Zadar war die Autovermietung sehr teuer) oder sich die Uber App runterzuladen. Die Taxifahrer am Flughafen nutzen es aus, dass man angewiesen ist. Von uns wurden 150 € für die 15 Minuten Fahrt verlangt. Wer einen ruhigen Ort zum Entspannen ohne viel Tourismus sucht, ist hier auf jeden Fall richtig. Vielen Dank!
