Positive: central location, allocated parking, quiet for being city central, spacious, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge and bedroom.Negative: Not the apartment we booked (layout and furniture different to images), no blind/curtain in bedroom, not thoroughly clean (eg: broken glass in dishwasher, discarded plaster in bedroom), balcony/window doors didn't unlock, heating panel (one of two) unreadable.We had a great weekend in Norwich but, as seasoned self-catering guests, we feel that this apartment was certainly not worth the money we paid. We made the host aware of some issues during our stay but feel it's important to give an honest review to ensure future guests can make an informed decision.

Nice appartment on 2nd floor. Very clean and well equipped, ideal for a couple as quiet and only a few minutes from Norwich cathedral and city centre. Several restaurants close by

Very pleasant recent development of flats around a small courtyard with private parking in the heart of the city. The apartment is of an adequate size and well laid out and bright with large windows opening onto a view of old houses and a church, of which there is a plethora in the area, and a small balcony on the other side. The living area is perhaps a bit over-filled by a large but comfortable sofa and arm chair and has a good-sized table, very welcome to me for all my paper-work. I found the bedroom fairly small with king-sized bed and wardrobe but the owner very kindly supplied me with a small set of drawers, appreciated for my longer stay.The kitchen is reasonably equipped, but I felt it was running a bit low on crockery, especially if for two people, together with mediocre cooking utensils. It has a good fridge but a non-functioning freezer.I feel that I was lucky to have found this apartment and was very comfortable there for almost a month, being a lover of light and sun and was supported when necessary by the very kind and caring attention of Emily the owner who was always ready to respond to any query.

Fabulous apartment, perfect location

We stayed for a long weekend in order to visit our daughter. The apartment was spotlessly clean and felt very luxurious. Emily was a great host. Communicated well and was super helpful. Some great hints snd tips about places to eat etc. The location is perfect. Right near St Andrews and within walking distance of the Cathedral and the city centre.We love Norwich and now have a great place to stay when there.
