Set in a peaceful garden scene, a clean well equipped place to stay. Relax inside or outside in the garden. Good location just a short distance from Wroxham.Owners very helpfully and make it a pleasure to stay.
Sailaway Cottage. This is the third time we have stayed here. We always love staying at Sailaway and exploring the area. We love the walk to Barton Broad and the gorgeous pub at the White Horse Inn at Neatishead.
Property exceeded all our expectations- lovely location and Terry and Annette were the perfect hosts. The entertainment system in the property was as good as the cinema- overall a most enjoyable stay.
Had a wonderful 3 night stay at Sailaway Cottage in mid-February. Such a spacious, yet cosy and comfortable cabin, well equipped, and great to have an oven - seems quite a rarity in holiday rentals these days. Loved all the different lighting options available at the touch of a button, big smart TV and a selection of games provided too. The bed was so comfy, both myself and my husband slept like logs.We ventured to Sea Palling (15 min drive) for a long beach walk followed by fresh hot doughnuts at Sandy Hills cafe, and Horsey Gap (25 min drive) to see the seals! What an incredible experience! Definitely make the trip if you're visiting November to February. The Pleasureboat Inn at Hickling and Nelson Head at Horsey both serve very nice food. Also popped to The Greyhound (also in Hickling) for a drink but beware the London-esque prices there. That came as quite a shock!Absolutely loved our visit and wish it could have been longer. So disappointed the cottage is already booked for the Easter weekend else we'd be back then. Will definitely return when we can.Stef & Emma
The Studio had everything we needed as a couple for a peaceful break. A well equipped little kitchen and relaxing living space. The location turned out to be great for visiting the villages and rivers of the Broads area. Our hosts were quick to respond to questions and requests. Would recommend.

On entering the property we where set back by the superb décor, the quality of the fixture and fittings. And an out of this world audio system. Also all the utensils you would need. We would highly recommend this SAILAWAY. accommodation to anyone fixture f
The property was very clean and tidy, and had everything we needed. The fixtures and fittings matched perfectly with the theme of the property. The tv and entertainment system was second to none, one of the best we have come accross. Although in the garden of owners it was well secluded and private, and they were friendly and helpfull and there if we needed them.
A secluded property that had a wonderful feel of peace and serenity. Every amenity thought of in the self contained studio. Finished to a high degree giving a very welcome and comfortable feeling.
A delightful, clean and well appointed property in a very quiet village. The owner was very friendly and helpful, privacy at the property was good. Great for cycling and walking. Would we go there again? Most likely! Excellent pub in the next village - a good walk away though, 5 minutes by bike or car.
We loved this little property. Although located in the landlord's garden, it was still private and secluded. Immaculately clean and well-equipped - we loved the integrated entertainment and lighting - with plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. It's in the perfect location to explore. Although there's no pub or shop in the village, we didn't have to travel far for either. We thoroughly recommend The Swan at Stalham!
This property was excellent and perfect for our break away. Loved the hot tub. The weather was a bit mixed so the high tech in the property was excellent so able to stay in and relax occasionally, it was cosy and kitchen facilities were great so staying in cooking was really good. Perfect all round, will definitely go back. The hosts were very welcoming.
Lovely place to stay and ideal for activities on the broads. We came for paddle-boarding. Just a 5min walk. Accommodation was lovely and clean with all the mod cons with technology. A warm welcome from Terence and Annette. Thank you for making our stay memorable.
