This luxury villa is located near the beach and can host 8 guests comfortably. Located in Pakoštane, it comes with 3 bedrooms and a private swimming pool with sun shower where you can enjoy and relax to the fullest.

The villa is 100 m from the sea and provides an opportunity to enjoy some sunny days at the beach. The nearest restaurant is 150 m whereas the local grocer is only 100 m away from the stay. The lake lies 3 km away from the stay.

This child-friendly villa offers toys and trampoline to make their stay an enjoyable one. Air conditioning is provided inside. You can utilise the terrace for a lovely barbecue evening with your dear ones. Parking is provided on the premises.
