This place added to the wonderful time we had ! It was perfect for our quick stay and we would all love to go back and try another cabin on the property !
The property had everything we could have needed! It was close enough to town to enjoy it but just far enough away to also enjoy the peace and beauty of the hill country. We will definitely be back!

Perfect place just outside of town
Conveniently located just outside of town. Clean and welcoming. We had a fire in the fire pit and enjoyed the atmosphere.

A perfect place just outside of town.
This cabin was perfect for 2 girlfriends on vacation. It is a short drive outside of town in a peaceful setting with 5 other cabins just being built. Clean and nicely decorated with an owner that is very helpful. I’d definitely stay here again.
Stayed with a friend for a girls weekend in Fredericksburg, Luckenbach, and wine. Great location away from the crowds and just a few minutes east of Fredericksburg but super easy drive into town. Joseph, the owner, sent very thorough directions and check in instructions and called back right away when I had a question. This was a great jumping off point for everything we wanted to do in the area.

Top place to stay
The cottage was perfect, and the Parkers go above and beyond making your stay the best! The cottage was spotless, and smelled amazing walking in the door. You are so close to town and all the wineries, yet at night sitting by the fire, you felt a million miles away from everything. This was by far the best birthday spent in Fredericksburg. Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Parker for sharing your cottages with everyone!
Beautiful Texas-style furniture complete with saddle made this an enjoyable stay. The large, firm beds were lavishly appointed with high-quality and comfortable bedding. The kitchen had full-sized appliances, and the location 5 miles from downtown was convenient while allowing us to enjoy the Texas hill country each evening. Two wineries onsite and a brewery across the street were an added bonus. We enjoyed our stay so much that we added a night and we certainly plan to return.
Everything about this location is perfect! We had a delay celebrating our honeymoon because of COVID, so we booked this cabin for two days with another couple. The host is amazing and works with you on arrivals and departures. We have stayed here numerous times and will continue to stay here as long as they are renting!

Cabin was well appointed and perfect for two couples or a small family. Just like a home, with all the trimmings. Surrounding property is clean but simple.
One AC was a bit loud, but you might get used to it quickly. Enjoyed fixing mealsaway from a hotel, and location was perfect for visiting the local area's wineries and other options.
Owner provided clear a helpful info for check-in as well as house operations, and was very easy to work with.
Eveyone really enjoyed the cabin.

This host was amazing. I had to call with a couple requests and he either answered his phone immediately or called me back in minutes. Unheard of customer service today!!!!
I spent the weekend here with my best girl-friend for a quick getaway. It was a wonderful experience! The location was PERECT for everything we had planned for the weekend. Just a short drive into town, yet still far enough out that you still feel the peacefulness of the country. Wineries and breweries and orchards, all in very close proximity! The beds were very comfortable! The only complaint we really had, was that there were burs stuck in the carpet in the bedroom and they kept stabbing our feet... We pulled out the ones we ended up stepping on.. So hopefully that doesn't happen to the next renter!
But overall, we would absolutely stay here again!
The cabin was very nice and very clean. The main reason I did not give it 5 stars is because by the pictures I was under the impression that it was away from other cabins. When we got there we realized that was not the case and the cabin was actually connected to another cabin via a covered walkway. If you are having a family reunion or you have family and don't mind...this is a GREAT place. However, if you are looking for a secluded place...this is not the place. At one point we were laying across the bed in the main bedroom and the grounds keeper came walking by right in front of the doors and we had the shutters open at that time. It was then I knew we had to keep all the windows closed if we wanted any kind of privacy. Again..this is a very nice cabin, but we were looking for something more private.
MYSELF AND MY THREE BEST FRIENDS STAYED THE WEEKEND , THE CABIN WAS CLEAN AND VERY SPACIOUS. WE REALLY ENJOYED SITTING BY THE FIRE PIT AT NIGHT WHEN WE CAME IN FROM A LONG DAY OF SHOPPING AND THE BEER GARDEN. WE PLAN ON ANOTHER GIRL TRIP SOON. SEE YA THEN
