Great spot!

This spot was perfect for our long weekend getaway. The space has everything we needed and the hot tub and private yard were amazing. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Our host was very helpful and nice. We were in a lovely neighborhood near downtown Sedona. Helpful Hints: Our accommodation needed a kitchen, cigarette smoke entered through the vents, and the bathroom door was missing, and our room was part of the host's home. *The description of what's available needs to be clearer.

Great Location in Sedona

Just a really nice place to stay when you are on Sedona. Location is a residential neighborhood with access to hiking trails near by. Our host was very attentive to our questions and provided detailed check in, property use and check out instructions.

great landing pad

nice quiet space, great for unwinding after long days hiking, good proximity to many trailheads and nice restaurants. we chose this space first and foremost because it had private outdoor space and a hottub, and the outdoor space and hottub were really perfect.

Good stay for 2 with great location

Great location with fast access to popular trailheads nearby. Clean and neat accommodations, marijuana smell and loud argument between two people in the next room unwanted and uncomfortable.

Stay in Sedona

The host was nice and the place was in a nice neighborhood and close to everything. The amenities are more suited to those who aren't planning on cooking their meals as it only had a toaster oven. Great for those just spending a few days or those who like to eat out and maybe just want to warm leftovers.

It was in a residential area but not far to drive to restaurants, etc. Private with some occasional cars passing by, but nothing annoying. I would recommend it.

Wonder people, wonder neighborhood, wonderful experience

My only suggestion to anyone staying here is to come before it gets dark. No street lights, which is adds to the neighborhood charm, so it's a little hard to find the exact house. Overall, we absolutely loved everything about our stay.

Nice Neighborhood, Nice Room

We were very comfortable in this bedroom and bathroom with a private backyard. Most of the day we were off hiking and exploring the area. This was a nice place to come home to. The jacuzzi was great. It was a real help to sore legs from our first strenuous hikes. The neighborhood is great, quiet and picturesque. The house is close to 89A without being too close. Great restaurants nearby.

Nor so peaceful

I was unable to go on this trip myself. I had a coworker and her spouse take my place. They said they had a good time orher than being able to hear tge host who lives onsite having sex. Not impressed.

Perfect base camp

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights while we visited Sedona. We did a lot of hiking, sight-seeing, and shopping and this little nook was in a perfect location for doing all of that. The jacuzzi was a great way to unwind after a day of hiking. The bed slept us comfortably. The temperature was great and there was a ceiling fan to keep the air moving. The bathroom facilities were roomy and worked great. We ate most of our meals at restaurants but we kept breakfast items and snack items in the fridge. It was really a perfect place for us as it allowed us to get to all the things we wanted to do in Sedona while also serving as a comfortable place to get cleaned up, unwind and get some rest for the next fun filled day.

Great deal for the money for hikers!

This rental is in a very nice neighborhood with upscale homes scattered all about. You absolutely cannot beat the price and location of the rental. If all you need is somewhere to keep your things and sleep, while remaining nearby to some absolutely amazing hikes, this location is for you. The description is very accurate, you cant truly cook so expect to eat out (we came for this anyway, and with the money saved its a great trade-off). The Jacuzzi is an excellent touch and extremely relaxing/private (we honestly expected this outdoor area to be shared but were surprised its isolated)! Devara is very respectful of your privacy, and an excellent communicator/quick to respond. We would definitely book again.

A nice place

The property is very nice, very well appointed and maintained, the area is beautiful and convenient, very close to the main street and restaurants and stores. I mostly liked and rented this property because of the outdoor area, which is very nice and well maintained too. The description of this property is pretty accurate. Bed is very comfortable and kitchenette area is very neat. Lots of electrical outlets and good wireless connectivity. Many interesting books and magazines were a great source of information and inspiration. But in my opinion it’s mainly suitable for young people who will not be in for long periods and less bothered by staying in someone else’s home. As other guests have previously mentioned the noises coming from the owners house are too loud. It seemed that they didn’t make an effort to accommodate the guests and try to control noises. Smells too were quite overpowering I was attracted by the serenity and peace that it seemed to offer but in many instances it was not what I experienced. Still I felt it was a great base to explore beautiful Sedona.

The perfect landing place after a day of glorious hikes!

We cannot say enough GREAT things about this property and have already shared the information with our friends and family. The living space provides everything you will need for your brief time indoors while in Sedona. It is located very close to the Safeway grocery store and better yet....to Pisa Lisa Wood-Fired Authentic Pizzeria! We had take-away pizza three of our nights in Sedona. While the indoor living space is just fine, it is the private outdoor area that really sells this property. The space is lovely and completely private. The hot tub was spacious and clean. There really is nothing better after a long day of hiking than to jump into a hot tub and look at the stars. Since Sedona is a 'dark sky' community, the stars really pop. The neighborhood is so quiet. We felt so secluded in the mornings & evenings in our patio area. As a final note - the bed was super comfortable. My husband can be very picky with mattresses and he said it was one of the best ever. Thank you so much Devara! I wish we could have met you!!
