Beautiful desert oasis. Just remodeled, Pet Friendly, even has a doggy door. Great location. Walk to several great eating and drinking establishments, movie theaters, grocery stores, and trails. Private, fenced Patio with peaceful fountain, huge trees and Weber BBQ. Modern Kitchen. Bath with Double Vanity and Granite counter top. 1 comfortable King size bed. The second bedroom has a Murphy Bed and a desk. In-unit washer and dryer. 40' flat screen TV with DVD. Walk a few steps to a Day Spa and Beauty Salon. We enjoyed our stay. It’s close to several hikes, grocery stores and restaurants. The place is very clean which is of utmost importance to me! The kitchen is well stocked and we liked having a washer and dryer. The courtyard is private. I’d encourage y’all to stay here. You won’t be disappointed.

We had clearly indicated that one of us was severely handicapped and was confined to an electric scooter. Upon arrival at the rental it turned out to be completely nothandicap-accessible, with a steep four tread stone stair. No way could we have stayed there. We immediately called the landlord to indicate we were leaving. Upon furtherinspection the interior was also completely unsatisfactory. Two tiny bedrooms, with noother furniture, other than a bed. A miniscule bathroom. Hardly any sitting or dining area. Kitchen built in a closet without exterior light. Inside dark and uninviting. Wedon't understand how VRBO can include such a complete "dump" in their listing.We finally received a 60% refund if our 7,000 pre-paid rental fee. We did incura hefty overnight hotel expense before returning home the next day.

This is absolutely untrue. You never told us that one of the guests was severely handicapped and in an electric scooter.We never told you the place was handicapped accessible, in fact, we did tell you there were stairs between the parking area and the unit itself. This guest never stayed in the property and this review is totally fabricated. Every other guest has been extremely happy with our accommodations. Our agreement was no refund if canceled less than two weeks prior to arrival. We agreed to a partial refund that you were not entitled to receive. We try to be fair and honest about our property. I wish we could please everybody all the time but sometimes it’s not possible.

Brad was very helpful. Location is a great spot to get anywhere around Sedona. Clean, comfortable, everything you could need. Close to (walking distance) grocery store, and 3 or 4 pretty god restaurants. We had a great time and will be coming back for sure. 10/10 recommend

This property is in an excellent location with easy access to downtown shopping, grocery stores and other tourist attractions. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, the bed was very nice and the kitchen well equipped. The courtyard is perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the area and if traveling with your dog and the restaurant across the road (Golden Goose) had a delicious breakfast and nice patio to enjoy. Brad was very easy to work with and communicated well. He included a Red Rock park pass but we couldn’t use it because dogs are prohibited in the park, however we enjoyed Slide rock state park, some local hikes and a wonderful jeep tour with AZ Safari Jeep tours. Highly recommend this property and would stay again if visiting Sedona.

The place is even better than the pictures. Very nice and quiet location. The owners are very easy to contact with any question. Located perfect in Sedona close to natural water parks as well as uptown Sedona.
