A pleasant place to stay

We had a very pleasant, quiet stay here. It had everything we needed. One small suggestion: the nuts on the twin bed frames were loose, causing the headboards to rock back and forth a few times whenever someone would roll over. They could use some tightening.

Girls trip to Sedona

We loved the location and the size of the unit. Perfect for my sister and I to relax and lay our heads after a day full of hiking, shopping, sight seeing, eating, etc. The only comment we would make is the carpets are in need of a major cleaning or a replacement. We look forward to returning to Sedona in the future and will definitely book this unit. Thank you!!

Beautiful area

Enjoyed the property. Everything was nice just found carpet in bedrooms was very packed and appeared dirty or old. Normally don’t wear shoes in house but would not walk on bedroom carpet without. Would return to area. Thanks for making stay smooth and enjoyable Thx Mike.

3 month stay in Sedona

The location is excellent in a very safe community. Beautiful scenery all around the neighborhood! The condo needs a little TLC. The carpet is disgusting and needs replaced. You have to wear house shoes because the carpet is so gross. The kitchen is stocked well with cooking supplies and dishes. There are plenty linens also. I would return to this condo if the carpet is replaced!

dated but fine- get what you pay for.

We had an enjoyable time but found a few things off-putting at the condo. The carpeting (rose colored) was dirty and worn. The pillows were flat and older. The towels were quite old and only tiny little hand towel was given in each bathroom. I would recommend that the cleaning staff check the backs of the doors for needed cleaning.especially the bathrooms. The area and condo pool etc were very nice.

Functional

This was our second year being snowbirds at this property. The location is great, nice setting and handy to hiking and Sedona. No changes had been made to the unit from last year to this. Duct tape is still critical for the microwave handle, the thread bare carpet in the main bedroom still is begging to be replaced, the toilet in the main bath shifts when you sit down and the caulking around the tub is still shabby. The unit is functional but it seems like the owner makes money from the unit but puts as little as possible into it

Quiet Sedona

Comfortable, quiet, safe neighborhood in a country club setting. Red rock views all around. Cute, cozy front porch & back patio to enjoy morning coffee or evening nightcaps - if only we'd had the time. Comfortable beds & recliners. Plenty of towels, linens, paper products provided. Stack washer/dryer in condo. Covered carport which was great & would be greatly appreciated in high heat season. Pool was great & just a short walk from condo. Pool not handicap accessible from what we could tell. Several steps at entrance. Short ride in to Sedona. Easy check-in/check-out Hosts responded in timely fashion. On-site manager for immediate maintenance needs, of which we had none. The pictures of this property do not do it justice. Some would say the property is "dated" but not a concern to us. The new flooring is very nice. I was pleasantly surprised with this property. I would stay here again if i am ever able to make a return trip to Sedona.

Not A Great Stay

This property definitely needs updated. The furniture, carpet and tv left a lot to be desired. When we arrived, there was no soap, no dish soap, no laundry soap. We called the manager who informed us she was at dinner and told us to go to another unit to see if the items we needed were there. She told us the number of the unit and that the key was under the mat. She couldn’t be bothered to bring us anything. After speaking to the owner, things got somewhat better as the items were delivered the next day. But the place still was not worth the money we spent on it. I have rarely had to leave a bad review on a house, but I just cannot recommend this property.

If you like musty towels and a very old decor, beds, couches and chairs. Here is your place. I couldn't even sit in the chairs or couch in the liiing room without itching. The beds were terrible, we both had back problems after sleeping on these beds. The sink had been [unscrewed underneath and when I drained the sink water went everywhere. Appliance were old and didn't match. Ants all over the front and back. Roach motels under the sinks. Not a good feeling. Next time we will stay far away from this place. Nothing has been updated in 20 years. Looks like where someone's mom lived. No place to walk your dog as golf course is all around.

Disappointed

This lovely golf course casita in amazing Sedona did not live up to expectation on many fronts. Upkeep of furnishings, windows, doors and back patio was not in evidence. Kitchen badly needs updating of cookware, serving ware, silverware(only 3 teaspoons and 4 forks, not matching) and dinnerware (smattering of mismatched plates and bowls that you might find in a thrift store). Clean windows would have been appreciated as the view is very nice.

Property as advertised. A couple small issues, but still enjoyed the stay. Community/surrounding property is very nice and appreciate the amenities (pool, spa, golf, tennis/pickleball).
