Hi Robert — We're genuinely surprised and disappointed to read this review, particularly given our conversations throughout your stay. When you raised concerns about no hot water, we immediately offered to send a plumber, which you declined. Both our handyman and housekeeper checked afterward and found consistent hot water throughout the home, and could not reproduce the issues you described. We're also surprised by the additional concerns about cleanliness and fixtures, which we would have welcomed the opportunity to address during your stay. We put a great deal of thought and care into our casita, and while there's always room for improvement, we don't feel this review reflects our home or our team's efforts. For future guests, we have regular professional pest control in addition to community treatments, along with routine cleaning and maintenance. We're glad you enjoyed the comfortable new beds, updated kitchen, and entertainment amenities, and wish you well in your travels.

We don’t currently have live TV but our smart TV is hooked up to Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. Sorry to hear about the electric in the bathroom; Had we known about it, we could have helped getting it reset. While we do not have any views from our casita itself (you'll get peekaboo views outside the back patio), our community has amazing views of Bell Rock, and particularly from our on-site award-winning golf course and tennis courts. Suddenlink, our Internet service provider, has made significant upgrades over the last couple of years to meet increased demand for broadband in the area and we're happy to note that our 100 mbps Internet access has improved. We've also been making updates throughout our casita, including a new couch and dining room furniture, and look forward to welcoming you back next time you're in Sedona!

We apologize as this is not the experience we want our guests to have. We have made upgrades to the casita which includes a new dining table, chairs and couch. Suddenlink (the only ISP in the area) has also made updates to their infrastructure which has vastly improved internet service. The outside spaces and front porch are kept clean. If you make it back to beautiful Sedona, we hope you consider giving us another chance! Thank you.
