This was a very clean, comfortable place for our family of four! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend staying here. The location is great, close to Red Rock trails and the hosts leave a wealth of information about the area and had great recommendations!

This is a great home to stay in. The community itself is quiet, well maintained and easy to walk around in. The home was very well maintained, cleaned and the owners care about the accommodations they provide. (The Pass to the parks was a huge bonus) Little things you might like to know before your stay. If you are chemical sensitive the linens and beddings, are dried with a bounce dryer sheet. If you run hot, the lowest the hvac cool can be is 72. The bedrooms have a patio doors which open up street side and are not inside the community. The king mattress is firm but comfy , and the pillows are firm and fluffy. Its truly a wonderful place to be while in Sedona.

The place was very nice and clean and we really enjoyed the view from the deck area.I did come home with a few bites on my ankles. They looked like flea bites and looks like it happened while I slept in the master bed. Could be from a previous guest with a dog. But overall, it was perfect.

We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay and the deck. Just a quick note for future guests: we are strictly pet-free with bug-proof encasements on all pillows and mattresses. Now that the monsoon season started, it is more likely that those bites came from a few pesky outdoor bugs. Thanks again for staying with us!

Absolutely spotless! Very well kept. Comfy beds. Everything we needed. Stayed just one night so did not have time to enjoy the outside amenities this time. Did enjoy a nice walk around the development. Great location!!

Quick 2 day stay in Sedona was perfect!

It was a clean, well appointed rental. They had nice welcome snacks, and the kitchen had way more supplies than we expected.The location was convenient, the neighborhood nice and quiet, and we enjoyed sitting out on the deck to check the night sky.

Perfect Sedona Retreat

My family of four really enjoyed our three-night stay. Super close to epic hikes at Bell and Cathedral with restaurants and a grocery store around the corner, with easy access to downtown Sedona and all the rest, this VRBO was perfect for our family's 2023 Spring Break.

Cozy place with all necessities for a relaxing stay

Had a very welcoming stay. Ellen provided a great place to stay while in town for a mountain biking trip and checked in occasionally to ensure we were satisfied with everything. Will deff look at staying here again for our next trip back.

Great stay

Very comfortable and clean. Neighborhood was quiet but easy walk to restaurants and my conference and nice to be out of the crowding of Sedona but a quick drive to trails and town. Highly recommend!
