We offer a lovely, privately-owned townhouse in a gated, golf course community

Sedona, Arizona is widely acclaimed to be one of the most beautiful and spectacular places in the U.S. About a ninety minute, scenic drive north, from Phoenix, and about two hours south of the Grand Canyon, Sedona offers spectacular scenery, great weather year-round, outstanding restaurants, wonderful art, shopping and hiking.

From the deck of our lovely townhouse, you will overlook the community golf course and in the near distance will have fantastic views of some of the famous red rocks of Sedona, including Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte.

Our one-level house can accommodate up to four adults and features cathedral ceilings, a master suite with a king size bed and oversize bath, and a guest room with a queen size bed and separate bath. There is a fireplace, two-car garage, washing machine and dryer, a 9-hole, par 3 community golf course, swimming pool and tennis courts.

Sedona is a spectacularly beautiful canyon of red rocks and cliffs, located in the high desert of northern Arizona. Many ancient native-American sites are in the area. The area is also famous as the setting for Hollywood western movies filmed here.

The location was on golf course and a gated community. Location was perfect to travel to the places we wanted to see around Sedona too. The townhouse was clean and had everything we needed for a week. We hope we can travel and stay here again!!!!

One of the best places I have ever stayed

Wonderful visit to Sedona

A neighbour recommended us to stay at this townhouse for our first trip to Sedona. We found the unit to be well located in a gated golf course community in Oak Creek Village, close to shopping, hikes and to downtown Sedona. We highly recommend staying here.

Exceeded expectations!

It felt like home. This rental was one of the best we have ever stayed in. Very well equipped in kitchen, bedding and baths. Living room was spacious and furnished very comfortably. Highly recommend. Best? It was south of Sedona proper, so we weren’t constantly dealing with the bumper to bumper traffic.

Overall was good experience and have re-booked. Just list two minor issues and two important issue. Property was not clean when arrived and would request better toilet paper. Important issue was that the pool and hot were not clean in fact pool was very dirty and TV was not working at all. Had good communication with owners and trust they will correct issues that they can control. Master bed was very comfortable (would like to know brand of mattress), recliner was extremely comfortable, and everything else exceeded our expectations.

Love Canyon Mesa

Love the setting, location and how quiet this place is while being on a golf course, close to multiple hikes and a grocery store. I’ve never been in a place so sound proof. It was furnished with everything I needed. I loved the deck for barbecuing, reading, and the Star gazing was fabulous (listening to the frogs and coyotes). There were some issues but quickly resolved. Everyone was very nice to work with.Furniture and beds were very comfortable. I’ll be back.

Beautiful golf course view with snow

I was fortunate to stay in the unit when Sedona had a fairly substantial snowfall. The view from the unit of the golf course was enhanced by the 1 foot of snow or so that blanketed the whole golf course.

Beautiful & Restful

After some initial hiccups checking in, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The location is close to everything we were interested in - shopping, sightseeing, a golf course on the grounds. The view was great from the deck, and it was exactly as advertised. The place is very roomy, which worked well for my wife who uses a scooter to get around. Some of the furnishings and appliances are a bit dated, but they all work well. If/when we return to Sedona, we will try to stay here again. We really enjoyed ourselves and recommend it to others looking for a peaceful, restful getaway.

Whats the address?

Host did not give us access info until the day before we arrived and VRBO did not have the right phone number to contact him. The listing said we had unit 24 and there is no such thing. We wandered the community in the dark looking for the right address. We called the host and his wife but they never returned our call in the week we were there. Would recommend sedona area again for great hiking opportunities

Perfect Location, but …

First time in this unit & a bumpy start with no garage door opener available. Plus, only one light bulb in garage worked. Contact with owner didn’t solve that issue. Plus, aged bathroom fixtures made turning water on and off a challenge. Owner seems to be aware of these issues, but dealing with all long distance is difficult. He has a wonderful cleaner/manager, who does her best to keep everything spotless & working as best as possible.
