Brand new, detached vacation home in Porto Cesareo, in the center and just 300 meters from the seafront, offers up to 4 beds.
The apartment is a two-room apartment equipped with central air conditioning , TV, washing machine, mosquito nets, outdoor shower.

entrance to the property is in an outdoor space of exclusive relevance,
furnished with table and chairs, and equipped with washing machine,
sink and outdoor shower, very useful to refresh when returning from the
beaches.
The interior of the two-room apartment consists of two
rooms: living room furnished with open kitchenette with induction plate,
table and chairs, and 1 quadruple room furnished with double bed + bunk bed, closet and TV.
Completes the house 1 bathroom shower with extractor fan.
The apartment is equipped with central air conditioning and mosquito nets.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The bathroom has no window, with a fan.
