Well-located holiday apartment on two levels located in Gjellerodde with a view of the fjord and Hornsø. The ground floor is practically furnished with an open kitchen / living room. The living room has a flat screen TV and internet. The living room has direct access to the terrace. On the ground floor you will also find a bathroom. The 1st floor has two large bedrooms overlooking the Fjord. The apartment has energy-friendly heat pump. From the terrace of the house there is a view of Lemvig golf course, and the apartment is ideal for a golf holiday. The area offers a large common area with table and bench sets, swings, sandpit and fire pit, where you, among other things. can make puff pastry and marshmallows. The apartment has a perfect location close to Lemvig Golf Course, where you can play Pay and Play, as well as close to Lemvig city with its many facilities. The fjord is quite a few hundred meters away. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
