10 person holiday home in Thyholm-By Traum

A completely renovated holiday cottage approx. 800 metres from the fjord. There is a steam shower and sauna in the bathroom. The house consists of two sections, where the main house has a combined dining room and kitchen. The spacious and well-equipped kitchen has a larder with an extra fridge and freezer. TV with international channels in the living room. From there walk out on to the balcony, and enjoy the great view of Limfjorden. There is another section of the house with three bedrooms and an extra bathroom. Between the two sections there is a lovely yard with sun and shelter. Enjoy a barbecue here. For the youngest guests there are swings and sandbox. The house is located in a peaceful and scenic area, especially suitable for guests looking for peace and quiet close to the water. There is a nice beach nearby and a harbour with a great atmosphere. No letting to builder groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
