Welcome to this paradise in the heart of Sörmland - a fantastic and newly built cottage on a rural farm in Mellösa, Flen, with beautiful forest and lake for swimming and fishing! Here you live on a nice farm in the Sörmland forest with grazing sheep and free-range chickens, where the nice hosts have an extra love for animals and nature. The cottage is completely newly built and has all the amenities you could possibly need as well as a large patio with magical views of pastures and the forest's rich wildlife! Close to the Sörmland Trail and popular cycling routes – an oasis for those who value everything nature has to offer and a rich outdoor life! Very nice cottage built in 2023 where you are now completing the last, you are welcomed by a nice porch with plenty of storage in a large cupboard. Open space where kitchen and living room are united in one on the entrance floor, bathroom with shower and washing machine you will also find. Upstairs you reach all sleeping places, of which two single beds in two separate bedrooms and two beds in the living room located between the bedrooms. Large patio with different groups of outdoor furniture for nice dinners or lazy moments looking over the beautiful views. Dirt road outside the cottage where the owner and other guests pass. Chickens may be in the vicinity of the property. The cottage is located on Norrkärrs Gård, a large property of several hectares next to Lake Örhammaren where the homeowners together with their sheep, chickens, cats and dogs live. There is also a farm shop where lambskins and eggs from the farm's animals are sold. There are a total of four houses scattered around the property with a secluded location that are rented out, so if you are more parties look to houses 07391, 07398, 07402. The two houses are located next to a large courtyard with two other houses that are rented out and the owners' houses, but all houses are in a secluded location. Chickens stroll around freely on the property and give you the opportunity for fresh eggs. Common charging station for the car is available to pay for on site. Let yourself walk along the pastures and greet the fine Gotland sheep. Take a walk down to the lake, pick some blueberries and mushrooms on the way. Down by the lake you can borrow a rowing boat and canoe, which is also shared with the remaining guests, fishing (fishing license required-purchased by homeowners on site), swimming from the jetty and rocks. Don't miss Sunset Island, an oasis the owners arranged with barbecue facilities and hammocks right next to the water crevice. The homeowners are very accommodating and are happy to help on request if you want help with transport to Sörmlandsleden but also organized bike tours to find the very best bike tours for a small fee - own bike is required. A free paddle court is also available nearby. In addition to this, there is much more to explore, good food in Hälleforsnäs, Ekenäs Kvarncafé, Sagostigen in Malmköping.
