Brand new villa with a private pool and privacy in the Proka area.
Quiet and tasteful with traditional stone construction and minimalistic decoration. It is located in the center of the island, with all distances to the port, town, and nearby villages not exceeding 15 minutes.
Within 10 minutes, there are also several well-known and good beaches such as Flambouria, Gaidouromantra, Kanala-Megali Ammos, Skylou, etc. Pets are allowed. Ideal for 2 couples or a family with up to 3 children. The second bedroom is like a guesthouse with a separate entrance and a private bathroom, ideal for two couples or a group with the need for privacy within the same property.
