Villa Giardino di Limoni is the perfect place to spend a relaxing and comfortable vacation. Surrounded by a lush lemon and tropical fruit garden, the villa boasts a private heated swimming pool open 24 hours a day, perfect for swimming even in the cooler months. The villa also has a veranda where you can sunbathe and an outdoor shower to refresh during the warm seasons. The villa also features comfortable beds with slats and foam mattresses in the bedrooms, a barbecue for outdoor grilling, a smart TV, and a dishwasher to make cleaning easier. The villa is also equipped for children, with toys, a slide, a swing, a playground, a swimming pool, a hammock, a baby cot, and a highchair.

Located just 350 meters from the sandy beach of Lido di Noto, also known as Noto Marina, Villa Giardino di Limoni is also close to the Vendicari nature reserve, where you can swim in crystal clear waters. The villa is also eco-friendly and strives to reduce its environmental impact through heating and cooling systems with a heat pump, storm windows, double glazing, 100% use of energy-saving lamps, and photovoltaic panels that produce more energy than they consume. The villa also promotes waste recycling and uses a composter to transform organic waste into fertilizer for the garden.

The villa is also home to some animals, such as a donkey and chickens that produce fresh eggs every day. The villa also offers an electric car charger and private parking for guests, as well as local products such as bio honey, extra virgin olive oil, and Nero d'Avola wine to make your stay even more enjoyable.

During your stay, you can pick for free organic fruits such as lemon, oranges, mandarins, clementines, grapefruits, azzeruoles, jujubes, medlars, figs, grapes, pomegranates, white mulberries, black mulberries, persimmons, plums, apricots, peaches, bananas, feijoas , avocado, mango, pitanga (Brazilian cherries) white guavas, red guavas, pink guavas, strawberry guava, java plums, lemon guava, macadamia nuts, almonds, yam, white sapote, black sapote (black sapote or chocolate pudding), sugar cane, rose apple, dragon fruit, papaya, moringa, passion fruit, vegetables such as tomatoes, aubergines, peppers, lettuce, courgettes and more. Note: the availability of fruit and vegetables is linked to the season. The centuries-old olive trees in the garden produce an excellent extra virgin olive oil that you can try with the vegetables harvested in the garden.The fee for using and heating the pool from October 1st to April 30th is an additional cost and is not included in the rental price. Non-heated pool use costs +30 euros per day. Heated pool use costs +60 euros per day (multiplied by the number of days of rental of the accommodation).
From May 1st to September 30th, pool use is always included in the rental price and heating is not necessary. However, it is still possible to request heating at a cost of +40 euros per day (multiplied by the number of days of rental of the accommodation). To be paid in advance on the day of arrival.
