Very pleasant - would have been helpful to note the presence of portable fans given the heat - we bought three and could have avoided thatAlso suggest that ‘operating’ instructions for things like sliding door locks, coffee maker, electric blinds and washer/dryer be in a folio - hard to discern markings etc.No cutting board was found nor did we find any foil or plastic wrap for leftovers etc and more dish towels would be helpful

Thank you for your feedback Peter - I’m really glad you had a pleasant stay. Just to clarify a few things: we do have portable fans in the flat, and I would’ve been happy to point them out or reimburse you had you reached out during your stay. There’s also a house manual available via a QR code in the flat that covers how to use things like the blinds, locks, coffee machine, and washer/dryer. We do provide cutting boards, so I’ll double-check to make sure they’re in place. Foil and plastic wrap aren’t standard supplies, but again — if you had let me know at the time, I’d have been happy to send some over, along with extra dish towels. You're always welcome back at any of our Omega Rentals homes in Oxford, London, Wales, or Manchester.
