Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment located in the heart of Nueva Andalucia’s Golf Valley. Situated in the quiet gated community of Aloha Royal, this property is the perfect holiday getaway for families, golfers and couples. The apartment comprises of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, and private terrace. The urbanisation is just 10 minutes drive from the world famous Puerto Banús, and provides 2 large communal swimming pool and children’s park.



The master bedroom features 2 single beds, plenty of wardrobe space, direct access onto the terrace, and an ensuite bathroom with bath/shower. The guest bedroom has 2 single beds and plenty of storage space. The bedroom has access to the guest bathroom, which has a bath/shower.



The kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances and utensils expected of a quality rental property. Guests will find a fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and all cutlery, plates/bowls and glassware needed. The living room has a dining area with seating for 6, and a comfortable sofa (double sofa bed) facing a large smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime etc) hung above a fireplace.



The west facing terrace has chillout seating, and enjoys partial views of the valley.



The apartment has centralised air conditioning (hot and cold) in all rooms, and fast and unlimited WIFI throughout. A private underground parking space is also provided. The swimming pools are open 1st April - 31st October.
