About this property

Bright and spacious 2-bedroom flat with 3 lovely balconies, near Marbella

Our flat, Casa Feliz, is located in Aldea Blanca, a quiet and elegant, yet very cozy urbanization within short walking distance from the shops and restaurants of Puerto Banús and 7 km from Marbella. The port, beach and sea-front promenade are approximately 15 minutes’ walk away; the nearest commercial centre, Centro Plaza, only 5 minutes. Pick-up service at Malaga airport is available upon request. All this means that a car is not really needed. However, if you want to explore the wonderful surroundings and/or make use of the many nearby golf courses, we recommend you to rent a car; there is plenty of safe parking space, reserved for the residents, within the gated community.
The urbanization consists of low, (4-5 floors) white terraced houses with lots of green space and beautiful gardens between them. It has four different swimming pools which can all be used by the residents. The nearest pool is just a few steps from our front door and has a jacuzzi beside.
The flat, which is on the middle floor, is very bright and spacious and consists of two bedrooms with connecting bathrooms, one living room, a dining room and a separate kitchen. There are three south- and west- oriented balconies offering sun from mid-day until sunset and nice views of the pool and the surroundings. The rooms and the two largest balconies are comfortably furnished in a fresh-looking Scandinavian style with a pinch of Andalusian flavor. A smart TV with almost 200 channels and free internet access are available. At the pool are two sun loungers belonging to the apartment available.
Children from 7 years are welcome.

Loved our holiday, great location, apartment well equipped, very comfortable and spacious with 3 great balconies to soak up the sunshine.Close to supermarkets, a few great bars and and within walking distance of the marina. This is one of our favourite locations, quieter but has a great wee tapas bar across from the apartment and several other tapas bars 15/20 minutes walk away.

The apartment is very spacious and well appointed. It sits within a modern gated community within easy walking distance of bars, restaurants and a supermarket. The owner has also provided sun loungers dedicated to the apartment which are stored by the pool. The nearest pool is excellent and relatively quiet, even in the height of the season. We would definitely highly recommend.

Fantastic apartment, facilities and location

Casa Feliz is very clean with plenty of space, great balconies for sun at all times of the day and is really well equipped. Aldea Blanca is beautifully maintained and the pools are generally quiet.

Property overall was great! We’ll equipped with everything we needed. Comfy beds with good sized rooms. Plenty of storage for clothes. Bathrooms were great with double basins, some attention needed to cleaning of showers as a lot of limescale has built up but otherwise they were clean and spacious.

Perfect location & high quality apartment

We had an excellent week at Casa Feliz, it is extremely well furnished & had everything we needed. It is perfectly located for walking to the centre of Puerto Banus (1 mile downhill) and there are several restaurants, cafes, bars and supermarkets close by. The terraces are beautiful and provide good outdoor spaces, the shared pool & gardens are well kept too.

I know the area well as I owned a property here for many years .The location is excellent with everything in walking distance .Despite being so central the apartment is in a very quiet , residential area . It was very clean and well maintained . I would recommend and will stay again .

Amazing holiday apartment so much space

I can't recommend this apartment enough, the apartment is so spacious and comfortable it was an absolute pleasure to stay there. The urbanisation is great the pool and all other area are of a very high standard, we were there in August and no where felt too busy or crowded. I really didn't want to leave and hope to be going back...

Wonderful experience, host is first class to deal with, apartment is modern, thoughtfully decorated. All facilities for a modern family available, various TV channels if the weather isn't perfect, kitchen and bathrooms much better than others in the urbanisation. Thanks, will return at some point, I have stayed in 4 other apartments in this complex, but would happily return to this one for sure.

The best so far

Everything was perfect from start to finish. Easy to find location, hassle free check in and check out. Specious apartment, fully air conditioned. The pool is only few steps away. The terrace is well shaded and with a very comfortable furniture. Excellent location with a walking distance to a few restaurants and a basic supermarket.

Absolutely cannot find any fault with this Apartment. Stunning location, so well equipped, furnished beautifully and so spacious and cool. Absolutely loved our time here. Info books in that apartment very informative and if I was to be very picky, just like to ask for some more pillows for the main bedroom but that really is it! Cannot wait to know we can return here.

What an amazing holiday we had at Casa Feliz. The apartment itself is huge ( the pictures don't do it justice) & it is very comfortable & well equipped. Aldea Blanca itself is peaceful, secure,very lush & pretty and incredibly well maintained. The apartment is in a fantastic location with a supermarket & a couple of bars 2 minutes away, and puerto banus harbour is a 10/12 minute walk.We spent many evenings at the harbour 'people watching' while our boys dreamed of owning one of the Lamborghini's or ferarri's that drove by! A truly relaxing break. I cannot think of one negative. We do not normally return to the same place twice but we will definitely be returning here. Thankyou Staffan & family.

We are a Swedish couple (Staffan, 72, retired It-consultant, and Carina, 62, art curator) with two grown up twins. We made our first acquaintance with Andalusia many years ago, shortly after we had met, and immediately fell in love, both with each other and with southern Spain. In 2014 we returned to create a second home here.

Why they chose this property

We appreciate Andalusia for its rich cultural heritage, its beautiful sceneries, its wonderful climate and abundance of activities. No matter what your interests are, there is always a lot to do here: excursions to fascinating towns and places, golf, hiking and all kinds of watersports. Puerto Banús is the ideal starting point for all these activities, as well as for shopping, fine dining, beach- and nightlife if you want. The urbanization we have chosen, Aldea Blanca, has charm and style; it is elegant, yet very cosy. It´s like an oasis, far from mass tourism. The flat itself is comfortable and has all you need for a relaxing holiday. We don´t talk about luxury, but let the images speak for themselves. As long as you appreciate the combination of peaceful surroundings and nearby services and you share our taste for interior design, we are sure you will love it here. For our own part, we have already got extremely attached to Casa Feliz: this is not just any rental flat, it is part of our Life dream, which we enjoy sharing with others.
