Cozy single-storey semi-detached house located in a quiet residential area, just a 10-minute walk from Riells Beach and its lively commercial area, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and other amenities.
Casita Mallols features a comfortable living-dining room, a separate kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. The master bedroom is furnished with a 150 x 190 cm double bed, while the second bedroom has bunk beds measuring 190 x 90 cm.
At the rear of the property, there is a pleasant patio with a barbecue, perfect for enjoying outdoor lunches and dinners during your stay.
The house is fully equipped to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests, making it an ideal choice for families.
There is space to park one car next to the property's fence.
Bed linen and towels are not included.
