Einfach nur schön!

Es war rundum ein gelungener Urlaub. Das Haus ist prima, Einrichtung sauber und es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Küche besonders gut und wir haben, fast täglich, auf der Terrasse gegrillt.Pool super, auch ein Babybecken dabei.Super Lage, man ist gleich im Stadtkern sowie am Strand.Esther super nett und hilfsbereit! Ventilatoren an den Decken sind prima, an heißen Tagen.Der Campingplatz hat uns nicht gestört, im Gegenteil, wir waren oft zum lecker Essen dort.Eine klare Empfehlung für dieses Haus! WIR KOMMEN WIEDER!

Maison de vacances idéale pour les familles, emplacement parfait

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison de vacances. L’annonce et les photos correspondaient exactement à la réalité. La communication avec Esther a été très facile et rapide. Bien que la maison n'ait pas de climatisation, des ventilateurs sont présents dans plusieurs pièces, ce qui a rendu notre séjour confortable. Elle est parfaitement équipée pour les familles avec de jeunes enfants, notamment grâce au lit bébé et à la chaise haute. L'emplacement est idéal, à quelques minutes à pied de la rue commerçante. La proximité du camping ne nous a posé aucun problème. Seul petit bémol : la piscine n'est pas chauffée. Nous étions là la première semaine de septembre, et l'eau était trop froide pour en profiter pleinement.

Nous sommes ravis de notre sejour. La maison etait tres bien à proximité de centre ville et de la plage. Hotesse très reactive et à l écoute. Il a fait très chaud, il manque à la maison la climatisation. C est le seul point négatif. climatisation

Excellent séjour entre amis

Nous étions 8 et avons passé un excellent séjour, la maison et spacieuse, lumineuse, bien situé dans un quartier calme un peu sur les hauteurs. La cuisine est bien équipée et de disposer de 3 salles d'eau pour 8 était super. L'emplacement est idéal pour rejoindre à pieds le centre ville et la plage en 10/15 mns. La possibilité de garer 2 voitures devant la maison est bien appréciable. Nous avons pu manger en terrasse et faire un barbecue les 2 jours sans pluie, et c'était très agréable ! La communication avec Esther a été parfaite, c'est une personne très sympathique et réactive lors des demandes d'informations, merci, nous avons passé une belle semaine et nous recommanderons cette maison à nos connaissances.

Mit Guten Gewissen weiter zu Empfehlen

Wir waren zum zweiten mal hier und würden auch wieder hier her kommen. Das Zimmer mit dem Etagenbett ist eher für kleine Kinder geeignet. Die vier Sterne für Sauberkeit haben wir nur gegeben, da das Bad im Unteren Bereich (neben Garage) noch alt spanischen Standart hat. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es fehlt nichts. Die elektrischen Geräte waren alle in Ordnung. Es ist alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar (wenige Minuten in die Natur sowie Innenstadt oder auch Strand) und das Auto kann in der Garage stehen bleiben. Der sehr nahe gelegene Campingplatz hält die Nachtruhezeiten absolut ein. Nach 22:00 Uhr hört man fast nichts mehr. Freitagabend ist Karaoke bis ca. 23:30 Uhr was lauter ist aber man kann sagen, dass der Campingplatz, trotz der Nähe, nicht störend ist. Check In und Out sind super unkompliziert was für eine individuelle An und Abreise absolut perfekt ist.

Met 10 volwassenen een zeer goed verblijf gehad. Huis heeft het nodige comfort. Enkele ventilatoren waren wenselijk gezien het gebrek aan airco en de hoge temperatuur tijdens ons verblijf. Communicatie met eigenares verloopt prima.

Het was een mooi huis in een leuke buurt op loop afstand van de boulevard. Het huis kon iets schoner maar over het algemeen was het netjes, nieuw met een modern uitgeruste keuken en prettige bedden. De communicatie met de eigenaar verliep erg soepel. Ze was erg goed te bereiken als we vragen hadden en dacht fijn mee. Zeker een aanrader!

excellent communication when needed, Flexible with arrival and check-out time which worked out really well for us as we had a evening flight over all the house is great we found it was good for all our needs we did sit outside alot which we all enjoyed, it is in a good location 10 minutes walk to beach right on top of the town which was a bonus and just down the hill on your left was L'Estartit Camping where we had some of the most fun and excellent food on our week away.

We deelden de vakantiewoning met onze vrienden, 4 volwassenen en 6 pubers...iedereen had een heerlijk verblijf, deze woning is ruim, en voorzien van alle comfort...goede bedden en het zwembad was een toppertje! Deze woning ligt vlak bij het strand en centrum....en is de ideale uitvalsbasis voor talrijke uitstapjes. De eigenaar was vlot bereikbaar en kwam na een week het zembad schoonmaken. Wat ook een pluspunt is dat er een garage en oprit aanwezig is, zo staat de wagen fris en veilig! Deze woning is een aanrader!

Séjour agréable dans une villa bien placée

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la villa. Elle est bien placée à proximité du centre ville et proche de la plage (15 minutes à pied). La description est conforme mais la maison est mitoyenne d’une autre maison et en fonction des occupants (l’autre maison était louée aussi), cela peut être bruyant. Le camping tout proche n’a pas causé de problèmes (une soirée karaoke un jeudi soir mais qui s’est terminée à 23h30). Les chambres dans l’entresol sont un peu sombres. Le garage est spacieux et nous avons profité des deux terrasses selon les horaires de la journée. La cuisine est bien équipée. La piscine est agréable bien que de taille restreinte, c’est dommage qu’elle soit coincée entre deux murs.

Sentimos mucho lo ocurrido.Normalmente la piscina esta perfecta,pero hubo un problema con el motor y los tecnicos en aquel momento no pudieron arreglarlo por eso el agua estaba un poco verde.
