Very nice apartment on the second floor of a private house about 900 mt from the Pineta and the transparent sea of Sant'Anna di Budoni. The house is newly furnished and with attention to detail. A short walk from the most important services such as restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy and the beach, enjoys an outdoor space and barbecue. The kitchen is super equipped and all services are available. We are waiting for you!. City Tax: € 1,00 from age of 12
