Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and superfast broadbant included. Highchair available. . Courtyard garden with garden furniture. Bike store (shared with other property on site). Public car park, free of charge 200 yards away, unloading at the door. Visit Britain Gold Award. Please note: There are steep drops and kerbs on the approach to the property.. Tucked behind the market square within the heart of the historic and welcoming town of Alnwick nestles this pair of beautiful stone-built cottages. Following a complete makeover and refurbishment in 2018, Folly Cottage and Cobbler’s Cottage simply ooze style. Cobbler’s Cottage is the larger of the two and is immaculately presented with an open plan living space on the ground floor and two bedrooms, one with a mattress topper for extra comfort, and contemporary bathroom on the first. Access to the properties is via an arch leading a few yards up the historic Correction House Lane. 

Cobbler’s Cottage (CC316034) can be booked independently or together with Folly Cottage (CC316033) to accommodate up to six guests.

Loved Cobblers Cottage.

Loved Cobblers Cottage. It was in the center of Alnwick without it feeling busy, tucked away up a little alleyway. The Cottage was clean when we arrived and immediately felt like home, had everything we needed, perfect. Was a great base for visiting Northumberland and I really didn't want to leave. Sure we will return.

Very fond of this cottage, been several times.

Very fond of this cottage, been several times. Everything you would need and right in the centre of Alnwick. A couple of things, the mattress has a definite dip now. Which for us was uncomfortable - may need flipping or changing. And the heating and plumbing has gone very noisy. If you flush the loo there is a strange banging noise. The settee has been changed and looks very nice, but for us, wasn't that comfortable.
