This beautiful and modern apartment is located in the attractive Gracia neighbourhood, known for its 19th-century boulevards and pedestrian walkways filled with independent boutiques, galleries and cinemas. This apartment is very well connected and can be easily reached by public transport, as well as being located near many of the city's attractions.

It consists of a spacious living-dining room, with an open kitchen, and a space with a double bed. It also has a second room with 2 single beds. The apartment has large wardrobes and storage space, as well as a modern bathroom equipped with a shower.
The living room has a comfortable sofa and the kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge and ceramic hob, as well as an integrated dishwasher.
The apartment is provided with towels and bed linen upon arrival. Additionally, it has air conditioning and Wi-Fi connection.
This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find a public car park within approximately 200 metres of the apartment.
Our Reception is located on Aribau Street 228. Opening hours are from 09:00 to 20:00. Mobile self check-in available from 15:00
Please note that if you arrive later than 21:00 and have not completed the self check-in process, there is a late check-in fee of €30. A member of our staff will be waiting for you at the apartment.

Good choice!
We were accommodated in an Ola Living Gracia apartment. Perfect 2 bedrooms apartment, had everything we needed. And perfect position, in the middle of the beautiful neighborhood, half an hour's walk from Park Guelle, Sagrada Familia or Rambla. In the evening don't avoid the two nearby squares, practically at the street corners, where you could have a sample of the good life of Barcelona.
The coffee capsules we found in the apartment were not fit for the coffee machine we had.
