Bright and quiet apartment just a short distance from main touristic attractions. Located at the top of Barcelona\'s Passeig de Gracia in front of 5 star Hotel Casa Fuster.
THE SPACE:
Located right next to one of the best streets in Barcelona, Passeig de Gracia, but still in the local and lively quarter of Gràcia (one of the best in town). This place is ideal for couples, families with children, and business travelers due to its special and central location.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
The apartment has a capacity for up to 6 people distributed in 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: 1 Double bed (with private bathroom) with AC
Bedroom 2: 1 Double bed with AC
Bedroom 3: 1 Bunk bed with AC (this room is not completely closed - ideal for children)
1 Sofa bed (double) in the living room
All rooms are equipped with central heating for winter. All the bedrooms have storage space.
FACILITIES:
1.5 Bathrooms (1 with WC and bathtub + 1 toilet)
Fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and dishwasher
TV and high speed Wi-fi
Elevator in building
Baby travel cot and high chair available under request.
Linens and towels will be provided. We recommend you bring your own toiletries.
The apartment is quiet, bright, and fully furnished. Furthermore there are 2 small balconies with a fantastic view to the amazing 5* Hotel Fuster (one of the most emblematic hotel buildings in town owned by the famous family Fuster).
THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
The quarter of Gracia used to be an outskirt villa which got connected with Barcelona. This is the reason why nowadays you can still feel the vibe of a small town. You need to visit Carrer Verdi the trendiest street in Gracia and you will be caught by its amazing atmosphere, artistic lifestyle and restaurants with different cuisine options. Don\'t miss it!
