This modern 7th floor open plan apartment in the Eixample area is finished and decorated to a high standard - only a few minutes walk from the Passeig de Garcia,Barcelona's chic and most famous boulevard. The main living area has the benefit of air conditioning, TV, DVD and leads to a large terrace with incredible views over the Sagrada Familia, which is just a minutes walk away.

This place was incredible! The huge patio and view truly exceeded our expectations and we spent tons of time out there. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. I will recommend this property to friends that travel to Barcelona in the future.

This is an incredible location for Barcelona. Very close to the train and all the locations of int.

If you want to be out and about to restaurants or enjoy drinks on your private patio this is the place for you. Comfortable beds and good communication with owners/managers.

Comfortable apartment with large patio & view of Sagrada Familia

The apartment is clean & very comfortable. Sagrada Familia is only a short walk away as well as a number of good restaurants. The location is great. The patio is particularly nice & large. It is also an easy walk to Casa Batlló, a very interesting Gaudí house. We enjoyed our stay.

This is a very nice place with easy access to public transportation. I would suggest changing the lock on the front door. It is very difficult to open.

Wonderful Apartment with a Fantastic View

We were impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment and the ease of finding restaurants, supermarkets and anything you would possibly need. Taxis are everywhere and not expensive. Loved our stay and may be back

Condo was exactly as described with a truly fantastic deck. The location was ideal with excellent access to the metro which we used quite a bit during our one week stay. Paul and his staff were very responsive.

A lovely apartment in an ideal location for exploring. Only having 4 days in Barcelona we made sure we made the most of our time so the terrace was ideal to chill out on when we returned. Would definitely book again. Maybe the Amsterdam apartment or Branscombe chalet.

Excellent listing for a vacation stay

This apartment was great for a vacation in Barcelona. The space was very clean and exactly as advertised. Located in a quiet neighborhood that is conveniently located within walking distance of several interesting neighborhoods as well as very close to a metro station. Paul and Pippa were helpful and communicative during both the check-in process and in providing information and recommendations for the area. Highly recommend this listing!

Perfect location in Barcelona

The location of this property is perfect. All main tourist monuments are within walking distances. Shopping places are also close by. It's a very safe neighborhood. The place was clean with lots of natural lights. It has a terrace as well rom where you can view Sagrada Familia. Perfect for a family of 4. We had a nice time staying here and would book again if we are visiting Barcelona.

A Great Find!

My family of 3 had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed for our 3 day visit. The building is in a quiet neighborhood on a convenient corner. The view of La Sagrada Familia is fabulous from the sunny terrace! We so enjoyed taking it in with a glass of wine after a busy day. There are plenty of markets nearby and friendly coffee shops across the street. I highly recommend Paul and Pippa’s apartment!

Comfortable home away from home

The apt was exactly as advertised. Great location, large apt, top floor away from traffic noise is a blessing, AC & heat worked great, immaculate apt, smelled fresh & clean, updated big bathroom is wonderful, blackout shutters let us sleep, very quiet building, and a comfortable queen size bed. Our only issue was learning how to use the key to unlock the door. Unfortunately, it rained during our stay but, we were cozy in the apt. If we return to Barcelona, will consider staying here again.

Perfection!

Too many good things to mention, but I’ll try. The booking process and customer service was flawless. You can’t beat the location, it’s close to everything (restaurants, shops, etc). The apartment is spacious and has everything one can possibly need. The best part is the terrace overlooking The Sagrada Familia, big and perfect to relax after a day of sightseeing. We are already planning our next trip to Barcelona and will stay here again for sure. I wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Amazing views

The large patio and view sells this property. This was a perfect place for my family (me, husband, and two teens) to stay. The neighborhood was nice, super close to La Sagrada Familia, and the patio was the perfect place to relax after sightseeing in Barcelona. I do think better pictures of the second bedroom would have been helpful to prepare our boys for the small size. Also the second bedroom has no air conditioning, which I read about in another review but t is not listed on the description. Overall I would definitely stay at this location again! We loved our time in Barcelona!

Excellent location & comfortable stay

My friend and I enjoyed our visit here. As other reviews have mentioned, the location can't be beat in terms of proximity to La Sagrada Familia as well as public transit options and other amenities. The keys/check-in process was a bit more complicated than initially anticipated, but worked out fine. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The first bedroom is a good size. The second bedroom is quite tight with 2 single beds; a trundle bed might be a better option for this space for guests who do not need both beds. The patio is very spacious and a lovely feature of this property. One other suggestion would be to have a few more amenities available in the kitchen like sugar, coffee pods, spices, etc. With shared walls you do hear some noise from the neighbor's TV (unfortunately was at an unusually loud volume) but being on a top floor, street noise was not an issue. Thanks for a great stay!

Great apartment

Great apartment. Wonderful location. Good food and stores near by. If you’re traveling with kids- this is a great choice as the building is super secure and allows you the flexibility to head down to the corner for a snack and leave the kids for a bit.

Best view in town

Great location, comfortable apartment, quiet, wonderful neighborhood including churros and chocolate next door and lots of good restaurants in the area. Very close to Sagrada Familia and good outdoor patio to enjoy coffee. Hosr very responsive. There are some instructions that need updating for correct information and we were able to get the correct information. Door lock a little tricky.rightinformation quickly.

Beautiful stay in Barcelona

This apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay in Barcelona. It was modern, clean, had all the amenities we needed in a convenient location. Easy to walk to most things within 20 to 30 minutes without being right in the super touristy areas. Convenient coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores all close by. The patio/balcony was an absolute treat letting sunshine in and giving us a daily view of Sangrada familia all to ourselves. We would love to stay here again!
