This modern apartment is an ideal base whether you’re in London for business or leisure. Perfectly proportioned for three, it’s worth noting that at full occupancy, one person will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room. Locally, you can enjoy a visit to Tate Britain or a stroll along the River Thames. And for those keen to explore further afield, Pimlico Victoria Line is a mere four-minute walk away, so hopping across the city is a breeze.

Welcome to our apartment! You’ll have full access to the entire space, including all of its amenities, to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay.

The living room is bright and airy, with a comfy sofa, Smart TV, and a small dining table for three. If you`re travelling with three guests, the sofa can easily convert into a sofa bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a fridge, stove, oven, coffee machine, and a washer/dryer combo – everything you need to feel right at home.

The bedroom is cosy and inviting, featuring plush carpet, a King-size bed, storage space, and a flat screen TV for your entertainment.

The bathroom is well-sized with a bath and shower, giving you the choice of a relaxing soak or a quick shower after a busy day exploring London.

BABY COT - A baby travel cot (also known as a `pack and play`) and high chair are available upon request (for a surcharge), but we must have at least 3 days notice.

*Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed beforehand

*Failing to return keys to the key box will result in an extra fee of £90
*Losing a set of keys will result in an *£150 charge to get them replaced. (*The penalty charge may be more if we need to get the locks changed.)

We provide our guests with a `home away from home` experience. Therefore, we would really appreciate all our guests to leave the place as close to as how they found it. Any excessive mess that requires our cleaners to go beyond the standard check out clean (changing linen, preparing the property for the next guest and restocking of general house supplies etc.) will be charged to the guests. Please also note that we will charge a penalty fee of £500 if any of our house rules are broken.

This experience was quite bad and did not meet expectations. The communication prior to check-in was not ideal. I did not receive an email text or clear communication outside of an obscure message on VRBO. On the day of my check-in, I tried to click a link they shared, and it would not open. I went to the actual apartment when my flight landed and had no code or way to enter. It was late at night and I was all alone and unable to reach anyone on phone email or through the VRP message system when I reached out multiple times. There was absolutely no response and I called Vrbo who was also not able to reach the property managers or anyone to help. I had to book a hotel at about 11:45 PM that night and it was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I hate to say this and was looking forward to the stay but want to be honest and make sure people know what to expect.

All arrival information and check-in instructions were sent to you via the VRBO inbox as well as by SMS well in advance of your stay. Unfortunately, at no point did you contact either ourselves or VRBO to advise that you had not received or did not understand the instructions provided. Had you done so, both VRBO and ourselves would have ensured you had everything needed prior to travelling. I understand you are disappointed not to have received a refund. However, this decision was made jointly by both VRBO and ourselves, as all appropriate levels of communication, care, and instruction were provided ahead of your booking
