Great amount of space and apartment layout. Every room has windows which lets beautiful sunlight fill the space. Very comfortable.Conveniently walking distance from train, shops, restaurants and BU’s campus.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and cleanliness of this awesome apartment. This place was so great, we want to rebook next time we come to Boston! Located close to trains and local neighborhood amenities galore.

Apartment in Brookline

The apartment was in a quiet building and a quiet neighborhood. It was easy walking distance to the train, market, restaurants, and fitness center. The apartment was adorable and nicely equipped. The apartment building itself is old, the carpet on the steps was terribly stained and dirty and it stunk. This made the initial impression bad since you have to climb two flights of steps on the dirt and in the stink to get to the apartment. Once in the apartment all is fine. Be prepared to climb up 1+ flights of steps to get to the building and another two flights of steps to get to the apartment. Also be prepared to do a lot of walking even if you drove. I found this to be just fine, but for anyone considering this apartment, just be aware of this. The surrounding area is safe and convenient by train to anywhere in the Boston area. Compared to everything else I priced, this is a great deal.
