This flat has a balcony to the outside which is accessed from the living room and from one of the bedrooms. It has two bedrooms, a living-dining room integrated with the kitchen and a complete bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers and shelves. The second bedroom has two single beds and a second wardrobe. Full bathroom with shower. The flat is equipped with heating and air-conditioning, TV, WIFI internet access, washing machine, etc. In the dining room there is a sofa table for up to four people, and it forms a whole with the kitchen, which is fully equipped with the necessary kitchenware for the people staying according to the details in the reservation. A security deposit of EUR 100,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
