Overall the villa was comfortable and spacious. Internally and externally. There was a few things that didn’t quite make this rating a five star. No welcome pack as promised, no folder outlaying recommendations for food and drink, days out etc or nearest doctor/hospital or how things worked. Had to ask when pool or cleaner were due. Very poor wi-fi although this is beyond control. Silly little things that should not be overlooked. Not really enough cutlery or crockery to cater for potentially eight guests, although we were only four.On the plus side, air conditioning was a godsend as were the window shutters.Would we go back to this villa? No. Would we go back to Rhodes? Absolutely

We would like to clarify a few points regarding your stay: the welcome pack, which included two bottles of wine, fresh fruit, and local traditional treats, was delivered the following day after your arrival. Regarding the cleaning of the property and the pool, the cleaning service was scheduled for 14/08, and you were informed about this upon your arrival. The pool maintenance is carried out every second day; however, the exact time of the visit is determined by the service provider and cannot always be scheduled in advance. While there is no on-site tour guide or guest folder with recommendations, we are always available to provide suggestions regarding local restaurants, attractions, and practical information. Similarly, if additional cutlery or crockery had been required, we would have been happy to provide it upon request. We appreciate your positive comments regarding the villa’s air conditioning and shutters, and we are glad you enjoyed your stay in Rhodes. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.
