LOCAL FAVOURITES

• Food & Drink: For a great meal, we highly recommend eating at Le Patio'né, a wonderful French restaurant, only a 13-minute drive away. If you prefer to eat in the comfort of the apartment, pick up groceries at U Express, a supermarket just a 4-minute drive from the apartment
• Outdoor Activities: Le Grau du Roi is a small fishing port in the Gard region that has become a seaside resort offering 18 km of fine sandy beaches. Close to the Espiguette beach, the residence has direct access to Lake Salonique and the Port Camargue marina.
• Places to Visit: take a half-hour drive to the vibrant city of Montpellier known for its rich history, stunning architecture, and lively cultural scene, making it a perfect day trip destination. For history enthusiasts, the medieval city of Aigues-Mortes is a must-see, offering well-preserved ramparts and the striking Tower of Constance. Additionally, the natural beauty of the Camargue Regional Park, with its wild landscapes and rich wildlife, including the famous white horses and pink flamingos, is an unforgettable experience.

• These accommodations are located on the ground floor and 1st floor only

Fees Upon Arrival

• Damage deposit: €300 (refundable provided there is no damage, no missing items, or additional cleaning required)
• A small daily tourist tax will be collected upon arrival. The amount is subject to change. Please consult the local municipality for the exact amount based on your stay dates.

Facilities

• Outdoor parking: included (subject to availability)
• Outdoor pool (open starting May 2nd): heated, open from beginning of May to the end of September from 10 am to 7 pm
• Pool access requires swimwear (traditional briefs or swimsuits). Long wetsuits, shorts, and loose clothing are not allowed.

• Bike storage: 1 bike rail at the bottom of each building - possibility to store them on the balconies
