Contact with Claire was efficient and helpful especially when we had to stay an extra night due to weather and ferry cancellations.

Your dog destroyed our bedding including the duvet and sheet as well as scratching the sofa. You offered to pay for the damages but have still not done this after the weeks of requests. I understand these things can happen but not covering this damage is really disappointing.
