Nice Townhouse in charming Pleasanton

Great location townhouse near 580/680 in very quiet neighborhood in established neighborhood in Pleasanton near the business park and Bart. The home has 3 beds 1king 1 queen and 2 twins with 1& 1/2 bath home comes fully stocked for guest pot pans towels shampoo and everything else you can think ok. Gas range nice stainless steel appliance washer and dryer. Small back yard to enjoy Californias sun. There is also a park just steps away from our back fence. You can walk to Starbucks about 5 minute walk & some restaurants trader joes and tons more. Tons to do minutes drive like livermore outlets wineries. San fran is about 30 unless in rush hour.

Perfect for our needs

Everything was clean, smelled good, it was quiet and I only heard the traffic when the door was open. Listing says no children, but children are allowed. Listing says there’s a hot tub, but we didn’t see one. We would come back to this home!

Perfect when visiting family

We were in Pleasanton to spend Thanksgiving with my husband’s family. The townhome was close to his brother’s house and perfect home base for us. Caution on the stairs; they are narrow and steep. A little scary for us older folk.

Great Property

A great Property to visit. It is well furnished and the kitchen has many pot, pans and appliances. The main bedroom's bed is adjustable for firmness! Located near the freeway on ramp and many restaurants and businesses in a close proximity. Laurie and Erik are excellent hosts. Recommended

Super responsive owners— however………

THe owners were great communicators and even had extra towels shipped to the house when I requested more—we were staying for 8 days. They did a great job. Loved the toaster oven and the kitchen was fully equipped. Washer and Dryer were great and efficient. That said ……….the house is tired and most importantly the chemical smell from either Febreeze or cleaning solutions was overwhelming. We had the windows open 24/7 and after many days it was still omnipresent and gave me a sore throat. Others have mentioned the highway being close by and indeed the highway sound was loud—especially because we needed the windows open.

Comfortable townhouse

We stayed in this townhouse so that we could visit with family nearby. It suited our needs perfectly. Just be aware that the townhouse is located right next to 580, which both makes it super convenient as well as a little noisy - especially with any windows open. Otherwise, a great place to stay for a few nights.

The house served our needs perfectly. Good wifi for the kids to attend online school and a place for us to stay while we had work done at our house. The house had all the necessary equipment and easy to get to location.
