Panoramic apartment by the sea
Apartment facing the sea with direct access to the beach. It is located in the historic center of the ancient seaside village of Porto Palo, which has held the Blue Flag for 25 years for the clarity of its waters and the services it offers.
Nestled in a tourist-friendly area with restaurants, pizzerias, a mini-market, a newsstand and tobacco shop, a bike path, and a bus service connecting to the town of Menfi, it is served by ample public parking.
With a view of the ancient Saracen tower, it offers direct access to “Le Solette,” a natural coastline of rocky outcrops beloved by divers and featuring small, uncrowded beaches, surrounded by Mediterranean scrub and vineyards overlooking the sea.
Just a few meters from the apartment, you can choose the wide sandy beach, which has also been awarded the Green Flag by the Italian Pediatricians’ Association.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms—one double and one triple—a kitchenette, a living room with a balcony overlooking the sea, an entryway/sitting area, and a bathroom with a shower.
An additional fee of €15.00 per pet and €70.00 for the entire stay is required as a contribution toward final cleaning, to be paid on-site to the property owner. Discounts apply for short stays of less than 4 days.
The owner speaks English and French.

Al nostro arrivo la proprietaria ci ha fatto visionare e spiegato l'appartamento, che era pulito e completo e molto grande, ottimo per 4 persone, mancava però di piccole cose essenziali per esempio una bottiglia d'acqua in Frigo visto che arrivavamo da un viaggio, il sapone per le mani, se arrivate quindi in questo appartamento dovete essere pronti ad avere tutto.( per 4 persone abbiamo trovato un unico rotolo di carta igienica per 10 giorni.)
Oltretutto non è stata chiara la proprietaria e non è stata chiara nemmeno sul sito, al nostro arrivo mi ha chiesto €100 per pagare €70 di pulizie e la tassa di soggiorno, che la tassa di soggiorno non fosse compresa sono d'accordo ma sul sito la spesa per le pulizie erano evidenziati con €40 non 70€

Completo relax
Purtroppo solo pochi giorni ma goduti in pieno relax. Sia la spiaggia più attrezzata accanto al porto sia soprattutto la sequenza di calette naturali dal lato opposto sono incantevoli e il mare cristallino. Tanti locali in cui poter cenare per tutti i gusti. Persone sempre accoglienti e gentili, a partire dalla signora Patrizia e la sua famiglia, che hanno questi luoghi nel cuore e riescono a trasmetterlo. Appartamento essenziale ma non serve molto di più, visto che si passa gran parte del tempo fuori. Per la posizione così strategica, poi, non abbiamo mai avuto motivo di usare l'auto. Grazie ancora a Patrizia, siamo stati veramente a nostro agio.

Casa confortevole e proprietari gentili e disponibili
Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento dal 19/08 al 31/08 trovandoci molto bene: appartamento curato, vista splendida, proprietaria gentile e disponibile.
La casa fa parte di una palazzina con più casette gestite dalla stessa proprietaria, ha due stanze da letto (entrambe con ventilatore, armadio e comodini), un bagno (con asciugamani compresi nel prezzo insieme alle lenzuola e canovacci per la cucina, cambiati settimanalmente), corridoio, ingresso, sala da pranzo con angolo cottura (molto piccolo e con bombola a gas ma in vacanza trovo non sia indispensabile che sia grande la cucina), terrazzina con tavolo e una vista mare stupenda. Il primo giorno ci sono state fornite, oltre agli asciugamani e lenzuola, anche spiaggine e ombrellone.
Proprietaria molto alla mano e cordiale, ci ha indicato dove andare in spiaggia facendoci scoprire meravigliose calette (un po' difficoltose da raggiungere ma molto belle), dove mangiare consigliandoci due ristoranti, la Lucerna e lo squalo (il primo non l'abbiamo provato, il secondo è fenomenale) e in ultimo ma non per importanza, cosa vedere e che feste ci fossero (es. apertura della vendemmia, alla quale abbiamo partecipato proprio con la proprietaria).
In sintesi, tutto molto bello, unica nota negativa l'angolo cottura molto piccolo, ma non indispensabile se si viene in vacanza per divertirsi e non per cucinare. Ci torneremo volentieri.

Tutto molto bello!!!!! Appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario per una vacanza rilassante.
Posto fantastico! Panorama spettacolare..
Appartamento fornito di ogni tipo di confort e la ciliegina sulla torta l'ospitalità e la disponibilità della signora Patrizia e famiglia.
Soggiorno favoloso consigliatissimo.

Una bellissima vacanza
Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento di Patrizia per 10 giorni insieme a nostra figlia di 2 anni e mezzo. Siamo stati veramente soddisfatti dell'appartamento, molto spazioso e dotato di una bellissima vista sul mare. Dalla nostra camera da letto si poteva sentire il dolce mormorio delle onde...!
Patrizia e' stata gentilissima e disponibile a soddisfare qualsiasi nostra esigenza, dal lettino per la piccola all'ombrellone.
Porto Palo e' un paesino molto tranquillo, e la sua posizione strategica ci ha permesso di visitare facilmente la bellissima zona circostante (da Agrigento fino a Marsala). La grande spiaggia di Porto Palo e' molto adatta ai bambini piccoli. A noi "grandi" sono piaciute molto anche le vicine spiagge di Lido Fiori e Marinella di Selinunte. Nonostante il periodo di alta stagione, la zona e' tranquilla e la spiaggia non troppo affollata (tranne durante i fuochi d'artificio di ferragosto, naturalmente).
Raccomandiamo vivamente l'appartamento di Patrizia, in cui speriamo di tornare al pu' presto!

Fantastica vacanza!!!
L'appartamento, pulito e ben arredato, è spazioso e composto da due comode stanze da letto, una cucina/angolo cottura adeguatamente attrezzato ed un soggiorno con balcone vista mare.
Noi ci siano stati comodamente in quattro adulti.
Nell'appartamento sono disponibili anche un ombrellone e differenti tipi di sdraio da spiaggia.
E' altresì fruibile una terrazza con tavolini, con una bellissima vista mare, ed una doccia esterna posta sulla scalinata che dalla spiaggia sale verso l'appartamento.
La proprietaria, signora Patrizia, si è dimostrata una persona molto ospitale, disponibile ed attenta alle nostre esigenze e ci ha più volte fornito utili indicazioni quanto a luoghi da visitare, gite in barca, indicazioni stradali, spiagge, diversi tipi di ristoranti, anche con riferimento al rapporto qualità/prezzo o alla tipicità del cibo offerto.
Porto Paolo inoltre può costituire una buona base di partenza per visitare le spiagge vicine o luoghi di interesse culturale.

"L''appartamento è ampio, luminoso, comodo e dotato veramente di tutto. Ottima la posizione e splendida la vista sul mare e sul porto. Bellissima la campagna circostante. La padrona di casa, Patrizia, è una persona squisita, gentile, discreta e foriera di preziosi consigli sulle attività e i luoghi da non perdere!"

Splendida vista sul mare,...
Splendida vista sul mare, ottimo contesto logistico-geografico, molto buona la pulizia e l'accesso all'appartamento. Notevole la disponibilità e l'affabilità dei proprietari, presenti in loco.

Appartement très apprécia...
Appartement très appréciable de par sa situation dans un petit port de pèche et par la vue magnifique sur la mer.
Accès facile à 10 minutes de Memfi. Le logement est calme et très propre. Très belle plage de sable à 200 mètres.
Patrizia, la propriétaire, est discrète, très prévenante et sympathique.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Wunderschönes grosses App...
Wunderschönes grosses Appartement DIREKT am Meer. Fr. Patrizia ist eine liebenswerte nette Dame, gibt super Tipps für die Umgebung,sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Porto Paulu ist ein kleiner ruhiger Fischerhafen, wenige Touristen - ausser am Wochende, da ist mehr los.
Danke an die gesamte Familie Buscemi für diesen tollen Aufenthalt, die vielen netten Gesten und der Warmherzigkeit!!! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
