About this property

Located about 5 miles from Blenheim Hill farm, and 10 miles from 7 Ponds farm. Our home was built in 1857, 5 bedroom 2 bath home located in Jefferson NY. The home sits just off the town green and is in walking distance to the Heartbreak, a town bar and restaurant and the Breakfast place. It sits on almost two acres and the back deck overlooks a stream and Mount Jefferson.

Jefferson is a small town and is in close proximity to many neighboring towns and attractions. We are about 10 minutes from Stamford, 20-25 minutes from Oneonta and Cobleskill. Cooperstown is about a 40 minute drive and Windham and Hunter mountains are about a 45 - 50 minute drive.
Kymar Farm and distillery is 7 miles away,
Simpler Times Farm is near by, and Buck Hill Farm less than a mile away as well.
